One of the best parts stores in town. If they don’t have the parts you’re looking for they can try to get the parts in and if not they know where to go.
Decently friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only bad experience I had was receiving an order I had placed online for a dash cam. When I picked it up and got it home I discovered the mounting bracket was broken. Took it back to the store and was given some parts from another package, which I later discovered was also broken. When I went back for the third time, they just took the product back and issued a refund without trying to replace the broken product. I did not ask for a refund, I just wanted a functioning product that I had payed for.
Good service specially dealing with one of the managers named Humberto, he was very helpful and knowledgeable whenever I needed parts.
It was great. I learned I can order the parts I need on their website with free next day delivery.
A gentleman name Humberto assisted me in getting a windshield wiper replaced which I bought in Denison and he honored the install for me and had it done in like a minute. This store will get more of my business
