O'Reilly Auto Parts reviews
18The man who works there was very nice he even helped me carry the heavy parts to my car when it seemed he had been off work.very good customer service made my day!
I love this O'Reilly's since coming here about 10 months ago there is a young man named James that is always a huge help and he's pretty damn funny too!
They are well stocked but the staff leaves alot to be desired. When they finally get to helping you it seems you are disrupting they're day. Very low knowledge of automobiles especially the night shift. This store Is close to my home but it's worth the extra drive to go to the army post store. Very frustrating every time I have been there. The last time i was there will most likely be my last visit. Waited on someone to cash me out for over 15 minutes. There was a total of three customers in the store in including me. Oriellys as a whole is a decent auto parts store. This particular store is a serious disappointment.
What is it O'Reilly's just hires dumb people that know nothing about automobiles AutoZone is the way to go and where to go if you need some advice and some friendly help
Not a good experience. Waited long for poor service. Was clear he did not want to get off his butt and interact with any customers. The OBD scanner wouldn't work, so he referred me to a dealership. I went to Advanced Auto instead. I made a good choice, but wished I had went there first.
They didn't have any tools or diagnostic tools available at the time. We were told that they were stolen. Other than the lack of equipment they were most helpful.
Out of the last hundred or so pilgrimages I've made to O'Reilly Auto Parts, every single time the store is like a commercial. I actually see employees willing and happy to help customers while still keeping business informal. The prices are great, and fortunately, o'Reillys is open late- so my clumsy butt can get replacement parts to the new parts I just broke.
The rewards program stinks like moldy cheese.
Staff, prices, and availability are pretty good.
Rude employee. Asked for packages of assorted fuses. Employee showed me a large assortment and I asked if they had smaller packages and he just walked away.
Some items are a fair price here but it depends what you get. Sometimes you have to wait in line longer then you want to but the people are very cool and friendly.
Talk about complete racial profiling! Management is completely wrong and lacks any ounce of professionalism
James in particular is rude and arrogant. Got the wrong parts time and again after reading the codes. SO, I expect folks that read the codes on the computer to get me the right parts the 1st time. Funny thing is that the other employees went to him for questions! I usually don't put negative reviews but this has happened many times over the last year for the same issue / same codes. There may be someone there that knows what their doing? I'm hoping Army Post autozone/oreillys will be my new place to go for parts. OH YEAH! Wow big oil spill in parking lot guy behind counter covered in oil had to stop texting to check me out.spent 170 bucks and Kevin was so busy texting he could not give me a bag
Worst customer service ever, the manager and employees, don't get me started how terrible they are. Negative stars.
They have a tendency to be over priced. I found that it's cheaper to buy parts online from rock auto. Not only that but they have a hard time finding things whenever I go there for parts. Takes em 5 minutes just to find 1 part.
I gave the asst mgr $6 to put on my 3 new wipers, then saw they install wiper blades for FREE! He should have said something, I just let it be.
They are very knowledgeable people and understanding. I had a head injury and needed a moment to remember what I needed. They had no problem waiting and let me fill up on water for my radiator. I also work for an internet service provider so they know I'm not an idiot and are very understanding with who I am. I will always come here for help on my automotive issues.
Great people low prices some days busier than others but everybody there is always willing to help with issues and recommend shops if you can't fix your issues I like to shop there because I always get treated like family not a paycheck, online may be cheaper but surely not worth waiting 7-10 +days on somthing I may need now. Rob always helps me find the right part for the lowest price he can John there store manager and Jamie is also very helpful and if you want great customer service there's a gal named Dominique and she's very friendly and helpful don't let her fool you just cuz she's a girl sometimes she knows more than the guys very satisfied would recommend this location for outstanding customer service and fast and friendly service
