11Bought a 400-500lb heavy tool box through them yesterday the 2/11/20 No one offered to help load it for me with the forklift and I threw my back out. A lady that worked for HR came out to her car and asked if I got helped and I said no, I loaded it. Well she said she’s gonna talk to HR Support. Not very happy. Now I cant go work. Will not be back.
Everything you need for the shop or the farm. They have apparel, footwear and other clothing. They carry hunting supplies in season.
Good store, well rounded in merchandise. Frequently shop there for feeding supplies for critters. Only negative, it's a bit expensive for limited in income customers.
I have shopped at and loved this store for years. Had to deal with supervisor named Angie today returning stove pipe that was the wrong size. You would have thought I was trying to take money from her pocket. Very poor customer service. Wow. Thankfully the gentleman at the register had more brains than she did and stepped in and took care of the situation.
They were very rude and refused leave the register to help me and I was the only customer in the store at 8am on Sunday
They will surprise you with products you can't find anywhere else in town. That is if you can find them in the store without any assistance Assistance is something they rarely have in stock.
Getting help was easy a yr or so ago. Been pretty rough since. Finally they seem to have two gals that are smart and helpful hired recently. I get a lot of my yard supplies, feed, and boots there. Reasonable prices and can beat the prices of other store hardware store by many dollars. That is if they have what you need.
They typically have very low customer service. Prices are generally higher than surrounding stores. If you ask a question you might be waiting for a while to get an answer. I would save for worst case scenario.
Very poor customer service. I would have given a lower score if I could. There wasnt enough people working.to cover the amount of customers in the store.
Nice men's store. Better than Farm & Fleet, but not as nice as Theisens. Worth checking out though.
