3As soon as I woke up from surgery I asked how it went and they told me "it went great, my ACL AND miniscus were 'repaired' " so I gave a great post-op review only to be told in my follow-up that my miniscus was "completely removed" not repaired. This may seem small to the average person but for me I feel like I got lied to with a delusion of grandure, here.
I was extremely nervous having a hip replacement outpatient.the staff was amazing. The only problem I experienced was David in billing wouldn't return calls when I did talk to him he was very harsh. I would highly recommend the surgery staff and Dr Sullivan. They were fantastic. David on the other hand was not helpful and at times almost rude. And that's if you can get him on the phone.
I just had my total knee replaced on May 18th by Dr. Ian Lee. I must say I was a little worried about getting it done at an outpatient center, but I’m so glad I did! From the moment I stepped in to the building everything and everyone was exceptional. Professional and kind, a caring staff. My nurses, anesthesiologist and my amazing Dr. Ian Lee.put my mind at ease and took great care of me! I highly recommend this facility for your orthopedic needs.
