Palace Theatre reviews
10It was great. Went a couple weeks ago with my sister in law, to watch Avatar. 3D. And she called ahead and got us balcony seats on Sun night. And it was very clean, everyone was friendly. Especially when someone was a little late. Wrong.not me. I was early. Lol.
Old time movie theater with a balcony, clean floors and restrooms and cheap concessions! Two thumbs WAY up!
My family and I have been here many times and we can't wait to watch our next movie at this wonderful theatre. I love the fact that they offer balcony seating in addition to the main floor seating. The service is exceptional and the concession prices are definitely reasonabe. Great local theatre!
Awesome little theater with an amazing hometown vibe. Stadium seating is nice. Lower level is just as good and you can't beat the prices. Wish they had showings during the week from time to time.
Revamped the concession stand and really looks good and is efficient. Great little theater!
Great place to watch a movie! Cozy and comfortable theater. Excellent prices on tickets and concessions. Super nice volunteers. Very clean.
You gotta love The Palace Theatre. It's one of the few pleasures of living in a town this size. First they are staffed by volunteers. Not just average volunteers but people who take pride in their theater & work. Second it's one of the cleanest best kept theaters I've ever been in. The screen size is great (especially compared to the cut up cracker boxes of larger cities) & you can even sit in the balcony. The price is fantastically affordable, they often have 3D movies & on & on. Finally, the floor, you will not find sticky icky floors at The Palace Theatre. They run a great theater & it's an enchanting cost efficient night out for anybody. It's a good reason to come to Vinton. That, & no stupid parking meters downtown or anywhere here.
There was supposed to be a matinee on sundays according to the paper but drive in 25 miles & find it closed.hmmmm
The food is great the service is great but the seats are a bit squeaky and can be very loud.
