I love Palmer’s. It was one of the first places I came to when I moved to DSM. The food is fresh and service friendly. If you love a scotcharoo, this is your place! I appreciate the variety of foods and the healthy options.

I absolutely love The Marshall Sandwich. The slice of carrot cake was to die for. Used to go to their location in Urbandale. First time at this location. The inside is absolutely beautiful!

Just found this deli. I have had lunch there 4 times now. So far every sandwich I have tried has been great. Soups are awesome as well. Very Friendly staff. Pretty busy, but got my food in a timely matter.

Came here for a mid day lunch. Ordered the JP favorite and never looked back, it was stuffed up and made for a delicious stop.

First time here. It was really good, however if it is your first time don't get confused like I did. Just go up to the counter and order what you want.

Palmer's is one of the best in DSM. We ordered sandwiches, some sides (cold salads) & cookies. Amazing & delish!

Ordered a salad with extra meat and different dressing. There was an ingredient that wasn't listed but was added to the salad which I didn't want. They made me a new salad with no questions. Very friendly.

SO many options. Friendly staff. They even have a private meeting room that would be awesome for small lunch meetings. Wish we had a Palmers Deli close to home.

This is a great place to grab deli fresh sandwiches and salsa! It’s a great vibe and the ambiance is clean and bright. The ingredients are obviously all fresh and the make and fill your order right in front of you. I love the ‘a la cart’ menu. I’ve been here many times over the last 15 years and it’s always been amazing.

Catering team is understaffed and hard to work with. I made several attempts to call them and they never called me back. They asked me to call in 10 minutes, then call tomorrow, then call the next day, and I only got through to her once.

I wouldn’t use them but they’re one of the only preferred caterers for the botanical gardens.

They didn’t label any of the food for some reason so none of the gluten free or vegan guests ate. They accidentally double-charged my credit card and said nothing about it. I’m glad i didn’t give them my debit. It doesn’t seem like catering is a priority for them.
