Pancheros Mexican Grill, Dubuque IA

Food was meh, but the customer service was horrible. Not sure why people like this place.

Picked up another order here for someone else and the girl at the register was very rude, not sure how this place stays in business.

First time eating here. I had the burrito bowl. The food was good and the service great, but I just prefer Chipotle better.

Food is absolute but the staff seems to have an issue with the quantity of rice they place in a bowl. When I go to Davenport my bowl is maxed and worth the value im being charged when I go to Dubuque I recieve half the quantity for the same price. Need to be consistant!

If they keep the meat and produce off the top of the place where they keep your food, they will be fine but people really don't care about that anymore they just want wht they want. I guess this place is okay.

Hadn't had a burrito from here in years. Service was on point and the burrito hit the spot.

Part of my order was missing, the other part was ice cold. The cheese hadn’t even melted. Portion size for price paid was terrible. Won’t be back.

Good food. Service was a little slow, but it was worth it. Everywhere is understaffed it seems like.

Our pancheros is better than any other one I've been to. The staff 100000 percent holds thus place together. The food is consistent good and you're always treated so well by the staff. They are fast too.

Just go to Chipotle. I don't know what happened to Panchero's but they're always filthy. Years ago Pancheros was a great place to eat, but now it can barely compete with Chipotle.

Workers were very friendly and food was good. Was very clean and organized and not too expensive. Good for a quick stop.

Not really impressed with this place. I guess I am just used to authentic Mexican Food made in a kitchen, not Subway style in front of me.
The food was mediocre, nothing I will be going back for. For the price I paid for what I got, I would rather go to a dine in authentic Mexican restaurant.
There must have been at least 6 people working behind the preparation/food bar and the bar was a sloppy mess. I understand they are trying to work quickly and efficiently, and it was a busy time when I walked in, but the customer can see all of that. The customer is supposed to see that, otherwise it would not be set up that way. They were slopping food all over the place, mixing items.
Once I paid the exorbitant price I proceeded to search for a table. There were about 5 open, every single one was filthy and needed to be wiped down. Have we not learned anything from COVID?
The napkin dispenser was empty; I had to alert the cashier to that as well as the dirty tables. Several minutes later, another employee came out to attend to these duties, but her first priority was to fill the napkins instead of cleaning the tables. Did I mention I was there at a busy time, when customers would be searching for a clean table to sit at?
Parking is plentiful, the location easily visible.

My first time there. The food was delicious! And the employees were very quick, kind, and helpful.

This is the best burrito spot in Dubuque- the staff is friendly, efficient, and fun. Great customer service and delish food!

Food is decent, standard Pancheros quality and expectations.
Might want to remind employees to not adjust their breast in their bra when they are at the register. That was kind of weird.

Ordered 2 burritos for delivery, they are ICE cold in the center. Not even a bit warm. It literally is like it was refrigerated. I hope not. Disappointment. I used to like this place. Too expensive for cold burritos.

Love this place! Quick, friendly, filling and tasty! This is one of my favorite fast casual restaurants.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! Looked like they take so much pride in their work, which in turn brings in good vibes!:)
