Such amazing employees. I’ve had nothing but excellent service purchasing and getting my rings cleaned. Always extremely helpful and take my taste and anatomy in mind when helping me pick out my next piece! Can’t thank them enough for getting me the perfect jewelry to add to my collections with the most cost effective options?

I have purchased two bracelets from this location. Usually love the help, but the second one I got my girlfriend and I wasn't really sure of her wrist size. It was definitely too big and now I can't exchange it because it's been longer than 30 days. I really wish it could be a longer period of time now she won't even wear it because it's too large. What a waste of $500

Great service was greeted and helped right away. They answered all are questions about sizing and let us know there deals going on at time. Plus there jewelry is top notch and loved by the people that receive them.

I’ve never shopped at pandora before, so I’ve decided to give it a try since I liked the rings they had in the shopping window. Left frustrated and annoyed. I’ve never met a sales person who was less interested in selling me anything. I asked the sales person if you have to make an appointment to come in since they have the bar that’s blocking the way. “No, we just have to let you in” she replied and continued with one ONE! Customer she was helping already. Not “I’ll be with you in a second”, or “let me fishing this sale real quick”, etc. A complete ignore. I am a retail manager myself and that was a perfect example of “how to loose a customer in 5 minutes”. I stopped on Tuesday morning and there was only one customer in the store that the sales person was helping. It wasn’t busy at all and I’ve waited for about 3 minutes. That sale must’ve been very big since she was not even interested in helping me or even offer a welcoming smile.lost my business. Never going there again.

Went in to the store to exchange a Christmas gift I received. The employee were rude and did not seem interested at all in helping me. Would not exchange our official pandora charm with the receipt. Do not visit this store or spend your money there. They don't care about the customers and only care about making a sale and getting you out of the store quick as possible

Three of the staff people didn’t even realize that me and my daughter walked in. I came to exchange my bday gift for different earnings, so we walked and walked around store none of them said anything to us until I finally said hello we need a little help.omg the lady who was helping us was so mean, so rude, worst experience ever.

Pandora has always been a place I buy jewerlly but when buying cheap make sure to take care of what you buy to help them last longer.

The staff is helpful, and they have a lot of ideas of charms that are perfect for what you’re looking for. One sweet lady found the perfect little charm to honor and remember my grandson who passed at birth, it also symbolizes my other grandson (they were/are twin boys) who is here on earth with us. She was so kind, she knew I was hurting inside, as tears began to flow, she was compassionate, and we talked about the boys. When I was paying, she gave me a hug and said we were in her prayers. That! Makes my heart happy, that there are still amazing people out there. It’s been 5 years now, and I’ll always remember the kindness in your shop. Thank you.

Been here more than a few times and just wanted to say that Joann is an AWESOME EMPLOYEE! Warm hearted and helping, has always helped me with picking a gift and especially wrapping my gifts! Seemingly loves her job!
