Papa Johns Pizza, Ames IA

This place is an absolute joke your pizza comes out of the oven and sits on a counter until they can find time to box it. Strongly do not recommend eating here they are going to kill somebody. I will be reporting this to the health department with a picture.

Tried ordering online and through app would not go through. Called store placed order told wait was over an hour. Frustrating experience with hungry people on Monday night. On to another pizza place.

My partner showed up to pick up his pizza via contactless pick up (due to a covid exposure) and he waited almost 30 minutes to get his pizza after calling to let them know he was there twice. It was even on his receipt. Lady on the phone was rude and gave him his pizza but made a rude and snide comment about next time he has to come inside. She didn't even have the guts to look him in the eyes because she knew she was in the wrong. His pizza sat there cold and untouched by anyone for the entire 30 minutes he waited. They couldn't be bothered to bring it outside. This team is lazy, rude and incompetent. Don't go here if you want your pizza in a timely manner. Go literally anywhere else.

Got the stuffed crust and cookie pizza. Both delicious but be prepared to if a big game is going

Had a pizza and a side delivered for World Series Game 5, and it was alright enough for the occasion. Pizza is pretty doughy, but the dough is also quite good. What I didn't quite like was the jalapeno rolls, they skimped out pretty hard on the ingredients. Barely any cheese and some rolls didn't even have jalapenos in them.
