Best park in the area for kids who like slides and parents who like having a shaded pavilion.

Good bike access from neighborhood trails.

It's a quiet, spacious place that my little ones love to run around at. Good neighborhood surrounds it as well

Nice little park. Out in the middle of nowhere so gravel roads out there but was a nice place to get out of town for the weekend.

If you want to walk around the most bland scenery in Des Moines, this is your spot.

Nice green space with parking under the bridge with plenty of benches. River walking trail next to it makes it even better

Beautiful park! Rolling Hills Park has a farmer's market/vendor fair every third Friday in the summer. Food, drinks, activities, music, crafts...

There was a Boulder there that said central park, a pole that had a clock on it and the rest was an empty space, so yeah wasn't to crowded

My kids like this part because of the little trail that goes into the woods and it's off the path and not very crowded most of time
