I took my laptop in to get a key replaced, Shea helped me buy one, and replaced it for me.

Shea was able to save all my son's data from his iPhone and diagnose the problem in less than 20 minutes!
All he charged us was for the battery that our phone smoked (testing) and a couple minutes time/labor.
