I truly enjoyed the ease of getting everything done, mostly through texts and online. Taking the trip to complete was exciting as I knew exactly what to expect once I got there as far as numbers go. I was in and out in no time with the exact car I had been looking for.

I recently purchased my vehicle from Pella Motors and I cannot recommend enough! I would highly recommend working with Kristin! She was very knowledgeable and she really listened to what my personal needs and wants were and she not only met but exceeded my expectations! She made the whole process smooth, easy and fun! Thanks to the Great Team at Pella Motors for everything you do. On my most recent appointment you gave my Yukon the service it needed, fixed a flat tire and rotated my tires. And, Pella Motors loaned me another car while my Yukon was being serviced. That allowed me to continue working.

I have owned several cars and trucks. Pella Motors is the BEST place to buy more and have them serviced.

Pella Motors did a great job with my lift kit install. I took it to Big Bend National Park and took it down a Jeep Badge of Honor trail with no issues. They have done a great job with general maintenance ever since.

I would have given a 5 star if it weren't for the gentleman who decided to leave my keys in the vehicle after dropping it back off to me instead of returning the keys to me directly and letting me know my car was returned.when I got off work and got to my car the keys were sitting in plain site in the cup holder. Just grateful that this is Pella Iowa and not the crime ridden big city where I come from. But other that that the guys did an amazing job!

Had new front brakes pads and rotors on my 04 Grand Cherokee replaced in 2021 for $420. One year later and had only driven 6k miles since this is my spare vehicle went in and again got quoted this time for new front brakes. Pads, rotors, calipers and 2 hoses. Also got told by the service department it’s hard on brakes leaving vehicles sit, mine gets driven every week just not very far. The quote this time was $1100. Definitely won’t be going back after dealing with poor quality of work and rudeness on the phone.

I bought my GMC truck at Pella Motors to support my hometown dealership. I also drive a Chevy Tahoe for work and needed to have service done on it. I scheduled an appointment, brought it in and was told there were 7 pages of error codes & that they needed to reschedule it. Because they were working on other projects, it was scheduled for 2 and a 1/2 weeks down the road. The day before I was supposed to bring it in, I was called and told other customers had to get in & be taken care of.

I have since taken my Tahoe to Karl Chevrolet. They were able to diagnose this almost instantly (TSB PIT5800) and I rolled out with everything working 2 hours later.

It took longer than we expected, and they are a little pushy on trying to sell you extended warranty but all in all a great experience

Logan and the crew at Pella were fantastic to deal with. They made the buying process smooth and easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience.

This seems like a good place to get vehicle work done the service person Darren was nice. They appear to be a busy shop with lots of customers.
