Tiffany did such a good job! Gave me exactly what I wanted and was SO quick. The salon was also clean and super cute. Definitely going back ️

I am always so happy when I go to Pella nails, my nails look beautiful, and Lincare and the people care about me so much

Very rushed, do not feel like I got what I paid for. Done giving this place another shot “because it’s close. ” And yes, the owner is rude.

Was the worst manicure ever. Did not touch my cuticles. I even asked her if she was going to trim and push back my cuticles. She flatly said "no". She did not massage my hands after the manicure was done.

Amazing team! I walked in on a Sunday afternoon without an appointment looking to get my 5 year old a quick polish. They were very welcoming and happy to accommodate. The tech did a great job. Everyone was very nice.

I have never had worst customer service! Me and my mom had a appt here and when we walked in they didn't say hello or how may we help you? Instead said what do you need. And we told them and nobody stepped up to help and they were so rude and not warm at all. When I walked to the back to get my pedicure the 2 women sitting there looked at me and looked at eachother with wide eyes and laughed mind you I am 8 months pregnant and a plus size women to boot. So they made me feel really uncomfortable for a place that's supposed to make you feel beautiful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! And the guy there was very uninterested when asked where their gel colors were no help at all. If I could giving negative stars I would.

I’ve been going to Pella Nails for many many years I’ve always been treated with respect Lynn keeps her establishment in immaculate condition!
I’ve never had a nail fungus And that’s probably because it’s so spotlessly clean…if a nail breaks they’re always gracious to fix it at no cost it is the best nail place I have ever been in my life!
I refer People toPella Nails all the time!
I’d like to add thatanybody that has a problem with this place must have something drastically wrong with them because this is by far the finest nails establish meant in the state!
I always have bee do my nails and they’re always perfect I’ve had Lynn do them and they’re always perfect she’s worked very hard to get where she’s at and she should be very proud of it they’re fine people!

Lynn is the sweetest and quickest nail technician I've ever been to. I get dip regularly every 2-3 weeks. My nails stay flawless the entire time without any breakage or cracks. Every appointment is quick, efficient, friendly, courteous. Her staff is super friendly and so nice. Bee did my pedicure and she did an outstanding job. She put in just enough effort to make my mom legs and feet feel like heaven.

Never EVER go to Pella Nails in Pleasant Hill, IA They charge whatever they feel like & take advantage of young girls! I sent Lionna & my little sister & a friend to get new sets. They charged Lionna $60 for a new set with regular nail polish. I call today & ask “how much for a new set with regular nail polish” She says $38! Ok then why tf did you charge my kid over $60? ! Oh we charge extra for longer nails (never heard of that) I said nope it seems you charge whatever you want because they’re younger girls! I wouldn’t care BUT they charged my little sister $10 less for the EXACT same thing! Lesson learned! They must be struggling more than I am to have to rip people off! Funny fact is I sent my little sister money for my daughters nails while they were in school then while they were getting their nails done my daughter asked my sister how much I sent her. She said $60. Then what do you know? ! Her total was exactly $60 and some change!

I have had several pedicures here.today was absolutely awful! A man who did not know ANYTHING about pedicures did mine.he couldn't cut nails, so skipped it. Couldn't use the grater, so skipped it, burnt my feet, with literally STEAMING water coming up from the tub, then froze me. Every single product was used out of order he said he scrubbed them with the stone to the point that it hurt…. The 2 ladies doing and getting pedicures Couldn't even hide their shock or horror at the pedicure that I was given I was almost in tears and still charged $48.50. Absolutely the worst pedicure I've ever got in 30 plus years of pedicures! Terrible.absolutely TERRIBLE!

1st experience the lady was trying to do my nails on a paper towel that had other customers nail trimmings on it…. The guy running the show was being rude to his technicians
2nd experience The guy that’s always down there is very rude to his employees. He’s also constantly paying attention to the other techniques instead of paying attention to what he’s doing. He’s also very rough with your nails! He didn’t even do my French manicure correctly. My daughter had the same experience with him.

Just got my nails done Thursday of last week. I had this bulge on the side of my ring finer bc the lady was rushing and got acrylic in the crease of my nail bed.

I haven't had my nails done in a long time, the two ladies who took care of me was very caring they even fixed a crack in my nail I didn't even ask them to see if they could fix it. I will definitely be back!

Do not go here. I went there this morning to have a shellac manicure done. The technician set down a cuticle trimmer and pusher at the station and it was visibly dirty; I could see someone else's cuticles/skin on them. I asked for clean tools which were provided but no apology was given and no hint of embarrassment. Against my better judgement I decided to continue with the manicure, I have pictures being taken so I wanted my nails to look nice but decided I would never be back. Midway thru my manicure another technician took over to polish my nails. Once she was done, she went back thru with the cuticle trimmer to get any strays and she clipped me under my nail and I pulled my hand away and said "ouch" because it hurt. The previous technician who was going to use the unclean tools on me and was sitting at the station next to me, laughed; hearing no other conversations going on an any language, I asked him if it was funny that I got cut. Of course he played dumb and said he was laughing at something else. At that point I said I am done and ready to leave. I asked the technician closest to the reception area if she was the Manager and she said she was. I told her how disappointed I was about the dirty tools along with what a terrible experience it had been and that I would not be coming back in the future. She apologized. The technician who planned on using the dirty tools asked what my problem was and I said "you were going to use dirty tools on me"- there was no acknowledgement of his actions and poor behavior.

I have been going here on and off for the last couple of years but I will not risk unclean tools being used on me. Infections you can contract from unclean tools used during manicures and pedicures are no joke.

Think twice before going here.
