I can not say enough good things about Dr Brett. My baby (dog) got sick and went down hill quickly I had to say goodbye to her and Dr B was incredibly kind through it all!

Dr. Brett & Dr. Reese have been so good to us for many years. When I moved to Pella in 2010 they cared for my kitty who didn't do well with the move; he went on to live another 10 years when Dr. Reese helped us make the hard decision to put him down in 2020. They have helped us with our dog when he ate all the Halloween chocolate and our new kitties when they were having potty accidents. The staff is always good at explaining what they're doing. A special shout out to assistant Sarah who gives our critters extra cuddles when they need to stay for any procedures. Totally recommend Pella Pets!

Our 11 year old "best friend" has been a patient of Pella Pets for years. Recently she has had changes that had us worried - not eating, not active, declining interest. PP examined her thoroughly and concluded she was not seriously ill, but was feeling stress due to our relocation. Medication was recommended. Within 48 hrs, she was back again in full health - like she was only 3 yrs old. THANKS PELLA PETS. Your staff is friendly and your Vets are wonderful.

Wish I could rate a zero but unfortunately I cannot. They were very inconsiderate and rude. The vet would not listen to what we had to say. Very dissatisfied with them and would NOT recommend this clinic to anyone if they care about their pets. They may have "lost" our records but we have all of ours.

I am so thankful for the team at Pella Pets! Not only do they seem to genuinely care about my cat but they literally saved his life. He had an emergency condition and they were able to see him and get him treated right away. They are always efficient and courteous as well. Thank you Pella pets!

Excellent service! I'm from out of state and forgot some of my dog's medication. With the proper ID and documentation I was able to secure her medication. I am very thankful for the professionalism I was shown.

Dr. Reese is very friendly and knowledgeable about cats. However, my cat hates to visit. This is the second time I had to wait over 15 to 20 minutes for my appointment. I really like Pella Pets, but none of us have time for that.

Always available by phone, answers all my questions, helpful and polite, and my animals love everyone there! We won't go anywhere else!

Great service on Syrus. He don't mind coming to the vet for shots or nail trimming. Always a pleasure when talking to the staff. They make Syrus comfortable while working on him too. Not stressed out. He knows to let them do what they want, so he can leave.

Was an awesome experience. The Dr was great and so was the tech. I didn't feel weird about asking questions and they made me feel very comfortable.

The vets there are excellent they explain everything to u and allow you to go in with your pet when their being examined not like other vets who take them from the room thank you so much.

Good news was provided. KODA'S diet has changed over to: (I vet regular) for now. Should gain on some weight. Put him on scale at Pella Vets once a week for results.

Great staff.very caring and thorough. My pet was treated exceptionally well. I will definitely continue to see them for my pet’s needs.

Self service dog wash was a little pricy, but makes it very easy to clean up your furry friends. More suitable for larger dogs, but still was good for our puppy.

It was several years ago that I brought one of my dogs in there. Bring him there was one of the best $100 I have ever spent in my life. It as an emergency walk-in visit they worked on him and sent medicine for him home with me. Before I brought him in my dog was almost in death's door and no less than a week later he was happy and completely healthy.

Vets and techs work well with all animals of varying demeanors. Willing to answer any questions.
