They over charged up by 10 dollars when we ask for the receipt the lady could not get it to print she said she will bring it out to us when it is fixed we where done with our food and she still never brought the receipt so we went up and ask again they where having trouble finding our order then finally found it we got 2 steak Phillys 2 bottle pop and order of fries 32 which they charged us 42 they went in back to get I believe the Manger she opened the draw gave us 10 dollars and told us next time ask for a receipt we explained to her that we did ask for a receipt and she went on about how now her draw was gonna be short we then again explained to her that they over charged us that's why we where asking for a receipt then she got mad and told my husband to stop yelling at her which he was not yelling he was explaining that we where over charged and we where asking for the receipt but the girl could not print it. Seems to me a lot of shady very rude people work at this location.

Shout out to Heidi on the evening of 10/30/2023. She was simply amazing! Super friendly and knows her job well. The food was fresh and delicious as well.

The new renovation is really nice! However, one employee with red hair is not very friendly at all. Uses gloves, but touches everything in the restaurant with them on then touches food with the same gloves. Not a fan of cross contamination. Breaking health code here.

Food is usually great. Tonight it was very bland. The service was very poor. They all seemed to hate their jobs and people. It wasn't even 7pm and they were out of pepper jack cheese. Ordered fries never got them. It's hard to get a hold of customer service

I like their sandwiches a lot but what really ruins this place for me is that the soda machine never works and they don't tell you that when you order, and they are apparently unwilling or unable to get it fixed as it has been like that for quite some time.

The worker look upset that they had to wait on us the rice was cold the serving tray and food on it the tables were not cleaned off it was a very bad experience I will never eat there again

Pepper Jax never lets me down. Service is always great, the employees are always happy and upbeat. Can't go wrong with a Philly or rice bowl.

The guy making the food was very friendly! There was more of the bun than meat and toppings.

Asked for a loaded fry with double fry, young girl running the grill was rude, they gave me a side of fries when I asked for them to be in the container she rudely said well that's not a thing and mouthed something under her breath as she walked away.

You get like 3 meals for 11.99. Customer service is lacking just a bit, but the sauces are phenomenal and they got some heat.

Stopped by this location saround 11: 30am on 3/16/23. The Philly and fries were good, staff was quick, however when I went to use the restroom, the hallway floor and restroom floor were so greasy, I literally could slide around. This makes me question the cleanliness.
Also, please bring back the kickin chili sauce! So missed!

Excellent phillies! Served fresh with about a ten minute wait (it wasn’t busy). The portions are pretty big, and are just the right size in my opinion.

I ordered my meal online. I have been waiting an hour, but it is still not ready. They are just paying attention to the people in line. There are 5 people waiting for there online order.

I'm so sad. First time order. Had Uber eats grab it. My daughter's order was wrong. We walked into the house to get one of the ingredients they forgot (jalapeños) and the 2 mins we were inside my dog ate mine! What either of us got to eat was tasty though. I'm so disappointed.
