Correction, after writing this review Alan the owner called me, & apologized for the mix up. He sent the guy out the very next afternoon to do the inside of our house. We haven’t had any problems with pest. Alan & his team are very professional. I would recommend them to anybody.

Not very happy. In fact not happy at all. Received a text stating that they would be here around 11-11: 30, my husband took of work was here waiting for the guy to show up, I get an email statement stating he was here at 10, instead of 11. They do the outside of the house and inside well the inside didn’t get done & charged the same amount. My husband missed 45 mins.of work. They should have communicated to us that they were going to be here earlier than stated. They have both our numbers. Very disappointed in the company. This might be our last month with them. They did great work at getting rid of our spiders, ants, stink bugs, wasp, all the flying insect (bugs). But this is just unacceptable.

Your man Wyatt is exceptional. I've recommended you to more people as you do a terrific job of explaining things. You are the best!

They were very responsive and got the inspection I needed done in 3 days from time of notice and their website and bill/invoice pay was very easy and gave me my paid invoice as soon as I paid it. Thanks look forward to working with perfection pest management in the future!

This has been a great company to work with! We have had no pest issues since we started using them in May 2020. Before that, we had ants, wasps and mosquitoes that bothered us daily in the summer.

Nick is very professional and friendly. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and we appreciate his expertise greatly.

We were approached by 2 different pest control companies last summer. These were door to door solicitors just trying to grow their business. Neither of them could provide the same service at the same rate, and while one was very polite, the other was rude and pushy.

We have recommended this company to our neighbors and they also use them. We plan on using them indefinitely and are very happy with our service.

The exterminator told me the time her would arrive and was on time. After completing his job he told me exactly what he did. Was very impressed!

This company is a joke. They charge a high price to place sticky pads throughout your house for mice. My girlfriend hired them and now has a infestation. We had to hire another company and now there is damage to her newly remodled house. If you you hire this company beware. If I could give a negative rating I would.

Great service. Went into our attic on the coldest day this week, even vacuumed the carpet afterwards. Always polite. Personable, Nick is like having a friend stop by.

Nick is our bug guy. Timely, courteous and always asking if we are experiencing anything new. He listens and takes care of it. He has made our backyard a lot more enjoyable this summer. We had a serious wasp problem this last spring and now, nothing. Thank you guys!

I am so impressed with the service I received from Perfection. Everything I was told was spot on. The service employee Reese arrived at my home 15 minutes early and made me feel very comfortable. He inspected areas of my home I never thought of looking at. He then explained everything he was going to do and why. When Reese finished he took me everywhere he treated and explained how he treated it. He went beyond what I was expecting. Before leaving he asked if he explained every thing clearly and did I have questions. He spent 2.5 hours doing his job. I totally recommend this company completely!

We've been using Perfection Pest Management for over 3 years. Allen and his team are fantastic. Josh, our service technician, is always on time, friendly, and great with our dogs who love to give him all the attention when he's here. We started using the mosquito and tick treatment this year and I'm amazed. My dogs were bringing in ticks quite a bit this spring before we started this treatment and since our first treatment we have have not seen any ticks. I'm one happy dog mama!

This is the beginning of year two with Perfection Pest Management. I have used professional pest control companies at my home for 14 years now, and the one thing I demand as a customer is SERVICE. You will always have an issue from time to time, but it how the company responds that really matters. Well, I discovered how Perfection Pest Management responds this past week. On Easter Sunday, I had company over for dinner, and because of the great weather, we were mostly outside on the deck or patio. It was then that I found a very active ant trail running from my basement door, around a section of my home. On Wednesday night, I remembered that I needed to contact Perfection Pest Management, and I text to a phone number I had been given by Alan a year ago. I did not expect a return call/text before the next business day, but within 5 minutes, Alan was texting and asking questions about my issue. I knew this issue was unique, caused by a sudden warm up, but Alan had a technician out by Friday, and the issue was resolved. That is SERVICE, and that is why I will stay with Perfection Pest Management. On May 20th, I met Reece, who is doing my pest management. He is very thorough and inspected every area that has given me problems in the past, to ensure those problems do not return. Great Service!

I was very impressed with this company from my first encounter over a year ago and have been ever since. Allan came to my home for inspection and discussed the various service plans. For me I chose an annual and haven't been disappointed once. Not a critter in my house or garage since! Nick has been our service tech and is always prompt, thorough, professional and excellent at addressing any concerns. Highly recommend!

Nick did a great job as always. He's always polite and respectful of our home and very understanding with my barking dog. He had someone he was training and she was kind as well. It was interesting to hear him explain some things to her and it showed me that he really knows his stuff. I really appreciated that they wore masks during inside my home as well. I recommend Perfection Pest to anyone looking for pest control.
