Umm where to start.food was dropped, food was also just messed up and forgotten, waited super long for the check, given wrong mashed potatoes and yeah.

Food wasn't bad. I just had an issue with the peanut butter silk pie. It wasn't. It was chocolate silk pie with a Reese on top with a drizzle of peanut butter on top. It was like they tried getting rid of choc silk pie when they didn't actually have peanut butter silk pie. That was my only pet peeve.

The dinner plates had dried food on them. Service was incredibly slow and our server was very rude.

I'm going again seeing we were traveling. We found that the amount of people working was definitely not enough as required. This caused delays in being seated making our order and being able to leave. Food was okay, the people working were trying hard. It's a shame that nobody can find people to work.

If I could give them 0 stars I would have. Very very poor service at best. They seemed to have the staffing numbers they needed but had no direction due to a poor manager on the floor. Never even got seated though there were several tables open and plenty of wait staff but they just didn't have any communication to get anything done. This isn't the first time I've been to this location with this staff in place but it will be my last.

We live Perkins. The food is always on point and typically the service is always grand. This location is no exception. Only issue I have ever had with the chain is when I ask for a lot of sugar and cream for me coffee, they always bring me very little.

I highly recommend this place Colton the waiter there was outstanding i will definitely go back

The food was a little cold but it was fixed ASAP, the server was awesome. The front of the house manager is awesome also. I will return, love the soup and the dinner's. Salad, was yummy.

Be careful using coupons or discounts from your email, have them clarify just what it covers. Just because it says buy 1 classic entree, get 1 free. It most definitely doesn't mean what it says, I found out tonight that it's just a lure. I'm very limited income, took my folks out to eat, good thing I had extra money with me because I got suckerfished right in

Waiter wasn't very kind and she took so long bringing my stroganoff out it was cold when i got it. I was so hungry i just ate it.

Service was good, efficient, not overly familiar/friendly (of which I am a fan) food was surprisingly delicious (that pot roast melt, I swear.) and came in a timely manner. All in all my only reason for not giving 5 stars was the cost. So the order was a coffee, an iced tea, an oder of mozz sticks, the pot roast melt and the chicken strip melt. Total bill, pre-tip, $38 and some change. Sure, we could have eaten cheaper and that's on us. But.maybe I'm behind the times. I just think 40 bucks for two people to eat is a lot and I would have rather put that kind of money towards a nicer atmosphere with broader appeal and more crafted menu items.

Not a pleasant experience. My omelette tasted like bad fish. I could not eat it but the management made it right. There was a fly that kept bothering us and some of his dead relatives laying around. I've come to expect more from Perkins

I just went in after working as a server all day myself. We had 2 tables sat ahead of us that came in after us. My S/O waited forever for a refill on his soda. I requested ketchup when our food got there and didnt get it until the end of our meal.
It was very frustrating to get off work after providing my best possible service to my customers then to go to eat when i get off work and receive horrible service. Sad!

No coffee and was told this after being seated at the dinner hour. Waitress disappeared after ordering and didn't see again. What facility runs out of coffee because of filters at dinner hour. Also, ran out of salad. Place was dirty and service absolutely horrible. Will never find there again.

Place was oddly busy for a Sunday evening. Omlette came out but they forgot the rest of the meal. Eventually brought it out. 3 star not typical I would imagine.

Excellent service! Wait staff is very welcoming and timely. Food is delicious and you get what you pay for in serving sizes.

Pamela & I had breakfast. I had a breakfast skillet and the skillet had an accumulation of burnt on grease. Bits of bunt on material was mixed in with the food which I did inform the waitress!

One of the worst experiences of service ever.
All employees hanging out in kitchen. Had to wait about 10 min.to pay the bill. Will not be going back.

Good chain restaurant this one was clean I have seen some that was not pretty reasonable prices

New waitress clueless about glazed salmon dish, slow service & no soap in bathroom - won't be back
