We had a party of 8. The food is great, the wait time is horrendous. We arrived at noon, it took 25 minutes to get our drinks and another hour after that to get our food. My daughter ordered country chicken biscuits and asked for no cheese on her chicken and to substitute cheddar instead of American. Everything came out smothered in American cheese, which she doesn't like. When I asked the waitress if she even noticed the mistake when she expo'd our food, she gave an excuse and offered to have it remade. I said no thanks, we didn't have another hour to wait. She said, yeah, it is a long wait. No apologies offered. I had ordered an appetizer sampler, and had to wait about 30 minutes to get ranch dressing for the fried pickles. Go to IHOP, trust me.

It was the worst service ever. I ordered a steak med it came well done. Sent it back and that steak came and was also well done and so tough you couldn't it. Friends had over easy eggs and they came hard. Will never go eat there ever again.

The food is ok but not great and the service is always slow! There has been so many times that I have been to this location with family sometes just me and one of my kids others a small group and sometimes a large group, this is one of the places I would definitely never take a large group to unless its the only option or you have hours to waste! I did give it a 2 star only because its not horrible and there are places far worse! However in this area its one of the few sit down restaurants left and the only 24 hour one!

This was my worst Perkins experience by far. The wait staff was rude, the food was cold, refusing didn't receive timely refills, we felt ignored as the waitress came to our table only enough to bring our food and the check, and most of all after spinach IN - - not on - - my SIDE of pancakes (keep in mind NO ONE at my table had spinanch) the waitress grudgingly apologized for it but didn't offer to comp them or anything else. Appaling.

Worst excuse for a restaurant I've seen in many years.
Waited an hour for food and everything was over cooked sent steak back and still overcooked

Manager did comp our meal after first comping half then he ate other half.

The waitress was great, Super friendly and on top of her stuff. What was really surprising to me was she didn't even right down our order just took it straight to memory. Great at her job.

So we wait for about 1 1/2 hours to get our food (this happen in the night) not The best ingredients in my omelet! The nice thing about all this was The Waitress always worry about us so we got our food for free. I blame the manager for this.

Very slow service.our waitress was never around had to get a manager to get us refills.won't go back there waste of time and money.

Our server screwed up every possible thing I ordered. At least the taste of the food made up for the bad service.

Food was typical of casual dining. Free pie day on Mondays. Our server was very good, however they need more help. Had to wait for them to clean a table before being seated and took quite a while to get our food and pay the bill.

I finally left after 21 minutes without getting even a drink. It took 15 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge us and then she took are order and started cleaning tables. 6 tables in the whole place and 2 servers so not what I would call busy. Wont be going to this hell hole again.

The food is wonderful the restaurant is very clean the waitress I had was very nice her name is Brooke she made everything Perfect for my visit Thank You

We had a party of 4. Walked in and went straight to the women's bathroom which had the worst smell ever! We had to hurry up and get out before we got sick! Went up to the counter to tell the Guy/ Manager how bad it was. He said oh I know I'm so sorry for that. REALLY? !? ! If you know something smells that bad you might want to close the bathroom down! It wasn't a good experience at all!

Boyfriend proposed to me here.he knows how much i love breakfast food & Perkins was the perfect place

Not so great.poor waitress. Filled jelly and cream while we were eating.swept floor under our feet while trying to eat.did not know menu.took silverware before we were done and extremely slow service. Asked us to pay bill before we were done eating. Disappoing overall

I ordered two Big country. My plate of food was small compared to my boyfriends. They should be the size of food. We sit right next the kitchen & they playing not appropriate music in the kitchen to wear I could hear it. The people next to us asked a question & the server was rude & disrespectful about. The food was great! Just need to work on things.

It was a horrible night there because they were out of food.poor service and long wait the manager apologized and said they were getting ready for a remodel. Normally I like perkins.

I ordered food without bacon and after waiting almost 35 minutes the waiter brings out the food loaded with bacon. Takes it back to the kitchen brings it back and says I think got it all. Uh I got to go. He then goes on to tell me that he didn't mean to offend me if I was Muslim! Huh! Needless to say just because you don't want bacon doesn't make you a Muslim. Now I'm offended.

The sever was polite, cheery, accommodating. The kitchen must have been short staffed. It took over 45 minutes to get our food. We all ordered build a breakfast - eggs, meat, pancakes, toast and such. We had allotted for 40-45 min for total visit. We were there more than an hour and rushed to eat. We needed to be on the road when our food finally arrived at our table.

Nice inside since they remodeled. Service is something to be desired. We sat for 15 mn while we watched the server hang out doing nothing. Finally got service after we got up to get the manager and then service was horrible.
