The staff is very friendly and helpful. The supplies was the issue. I went in to buy crickets, most were dead. I bought 70 crickets, 40 died overnight. The crickets come in on a non heated truck, so they are all dying when they arrive at the store. Thats a horrible way to ship live animals. Very unhappy that a pet store would not provide proper shipping for all live animals and insects.

Petco was the only store that had our specific dog food in stock. I ordered online and was able to pick up the same afternoon. The only reason I would not shop there again is it is not local where I live. However, I will continue to utilize Petco if they are the only store to carry our prescription dog food.

Clean store. Prices a little high and few sale items. Staff mostly young and less than helpful, but energetic. Many items I needed were not un stock. I’m not impressed with this location, however there did seem to be many satisfied customers. To be fair, I have only been here a couple times and only to pick up a few items. I have no knowledge concerning the veterinarian or grooming services.

Whenever I go in to buy fish or aquarium supplies the staff is super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, even when the store is busy. They take time to answer my questions, give me advice, and help me make informed decisions. The prices and selection of freshwater fish are also good.

We went to get tags for our new dog and were very happy with deals on toys and cheap options for collars. The people were very friendly and helpful every step of the way.

Everything is always so neat. Lots of options. Love the calendar they have that also help pets find homes.

It's a great place to get supplies for your pets. They have supplies for many kinds of pets. I come here a lot for aquarium supplies. They have A LOT of stuff for fish there.

Best grooming salon around. Heather is my favorite groomer, she is amazing with all the animals and is such an awesome groomer! Her dogs look so amazing after their haircut and bath, plus the prices here are cheaper than other places around. Highly recommend.

Much larger selection. Not sure what's up with the outside lights but if you are from the area, you probably dont care.

Staff is very polite. The store is kept clean.they have a puppy play time every weekend.the groomer is professional and works well with my dogs.

The staff at this store are always very helpful and eager to approach me every time I shop to make sure that I don't have any unanswered questions or concerns. They always seem knowledgeable and if they don't know an answer to a question they seek it out and make sure I am satisfied before I leave. Kudos to management and their assistants. They do good work here.

Limited selection, I was not able to find what I wanted. When I asked an employee for help he gestured to an aisle and said he thought the item I was looking for might be there. Not actually helpful.

I had a good experience here. My birds flew away and my mom said we should go to Petco to look at the birds there. We got a employee, named John I think, to show us the birds. We told him we were there because my birds are missing. He was very supportive and nice and gave advice. It definitely cheered me up.

I bought my daughters dog a calming wrap and its helped the dog quite a bit when we were having all those storms. A friend of mine recommended it from Petco. It was a little pricey for a 4 lb. Dog but it worked and now she were it all the time to keep her warm

My dog is picky in the fact that she will only eat refrigerated fresh food. For the past month their fridge hasn’t been working so I have to drive to West Des Moines to get her food. How long does it take to get a fridge fixed or replaced? Maybe go buy a cheap fridge in the meantime!

I can't figure out why I can't find a multiple worm dewormer for my cat. They have several for dogs.

Staff was happy to help with questions, selections were good. Offered classes that were available for our pup.
