I was locked out of my home in blizzard like weather and all of the emergency locksmiths were closed. I was crying in my car because my animals would be without food for the night. Derek answered quickly and assured me he would be able to come help. He arrived very quickly and got into my house in no time, He was incredibly friendly and professional. Not to mention a VERY reasonable price to come after hours. I could not be more thankful for his services and would recommend him to everyone. You will not be disappointed! Thanks a million Derek!

I dropped off my car in the morning and I was able to call Petersen in between my two jobs to pick up my car withe the extra set of keys with a fob. The gentleman (Derek) that answered the phone was very courteous and he told me the proper way to get access to my vehicle. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

Followed this van through traffic
Did not use turning signal when merging, almost cut me off and when I honked to let them know there was a car about to be hit, he flips me the bird.
