Daycare is super great and renji loves going here to meet his gf and new buddies. I go to danni for haircuts and she does a great job.

Always helpful, always fun (other pets etc.)
Can't go by 'windows' where dogs are. I wanna take 'em all home!

The remodeling looks good. This store is clean and the employees are always friendly and helpful to us.

Had a good variety of food and pet accessories that we were looking at reasonable prices. Their pet training was underway and seemed to be going well. Not sure I'd recommend buying a bird from them. They looked a little rough. Feathers tattered. All other pets looked well.

Better than the other major pet store in terms of freshness and price, imo. The staff all seem to really care about animals which is cool. They were out of crickets and they had the prepackaged option which is almost 25 cents a cricket, ouch! The kind employee told me fresh shipment tomorrow so I'll be back. Got the meal worms which my beardy loves. Also they were really kind and told me to return heat lamp lights that were burning out on me couple years ago. I finally got a new lamp and issue stopped but i would have never thought to return them.

Made a reservation for a vacation and was told that would not board my dog at the last minute because I was told I left a negative review, which I didn't until now. Then when I questioned this they said it was because of Dakota not liking the conversation between her and my wife. Then when this was also questioned they said it was because they were called racists (keep in mind the phone calls are recorded and this is not true, the only person to make assumptions on race was Brad) Shame on Brad and Dakota! They will be held responsible for the money I spent for a vacation that I will not be able to take and will be hearing from my attorney very soon. Enjoy your jobs while you still have them!

One Employee keeps pushing me to put my dog in his training class. I have said no and that I wouldn't have her trained by him anyway as he's crossed the line more than once with me

I usually go to 14th Street and I will go back there. I learned that this store charges 3$ to 5$s more. I didn't get muc, cause I felt it was wrong to be higher than the other store on the S. E.side of town.

I am a disabled vet who was arriving at the store coming into the doors and 2 associates were talking amongst themselves. I approached them asking if I could use assistance because I wasn't in a knee scooter due to a ruptured Achilles tendon, asking if they could help me with a 44 pound bag of dog food and a 70 count large cricket. The guy I talked to told me the location of the back corner where the dog food was and that I should talk to someone else about the crickets. When I sat and waited for the crickets he had personally assisted someone else who came in long after me looking at me as he did it with fish and escorted them back to an unopened register to check them out. Frustrated I went back to the dog food and almost further injured myself by tipping. Come to find out his name was Brad and was the store manager. When I Asked the person who checked me out if they could assist me with the bag to take to the car. She reluctantly told me that she would have to. If this is how you treat disabled vets and need of assistence shame on you!

LeeAnn is not an asset for PetSmart. She is terrible with customers. She is rude and disrespectful. Do not allow her to groom your pets. Beware!

Very unpleasant place to enter. Dirty fish tanks, Soo many dead fishes in each tank. Still I purchased two neon tetras. They were dull and died that same night. Unhappy day

It was just an okay store. It was very dark and not well lit. It had what we needed, but I had to help another customer because all the employees were hanging around up front.
