Dr Thomas really knows what he's doing! I had a filling refilled and knowing I'm not a big fan of needles, Dr. Thomas helped me to relax with his calming voice and expertise. I am truly a satisfied customer and I plan to continue having him as my dentist. Also, the customer service team Tori, she is an amazing woman and knowledgeable of what she does and also she has a very friendly personality. I will be back. Thank you both for caring!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Thomas and getting some work done on my teeth. He is very friendly, down to earth and easy to talk to despite his distinguished training and career. He took time to listen to my concerns and helped me feel comfortable because like many people I too am nervous about going to a Dentist.

Dr. Thomas's Secretary and his Dental Assistant are also very nice. I am fully satisfied with the work done on my teeth and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good Dentist.

He is my favorite dentist on the Planet and I highly recommend him. The whole staff is great too, they all really try to make it a fun atmosphere.

I highly recommend Iowa Center for Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Thomas and his staff members are experts and are the finest professionals in the West Des Moines, Iowa area. Iowa Center for Family and Cosmetic Dentistry is super-modern and super-clean and new and nice and Dr. Thomas is a really nice man, and an artist/genius in cosmetic reconstruction.

The first time I got my bonding done, it was perfect & was told I could get a free refill if it fell out. Unfortunately, it chipped slightly while I was eating, which didn't bother me much. However, a few days later, it chipped more noticeably when I brushed my teeth. So, I decided to take advantage of the free refill offer. I called the office and explained my situation, and they agreed to it.

I went to the office, started the procedure, and it looked fine at the moment. When it was time to leave, I was asked to pay a not so little bill because they claimed it was my fault that the filling came out.no one had mentioned the cost beforehand. & was hit by surprise. I didn't want to argue because there was another patient waiting to be seen.

When I got home and examined my teeth, I noticed that one tooth was significantly larger than the other. I'm not very pleased with how things turned out. I would’ve rather kept my chipped tooth & saved my money.

Dr Thomas makes going to the dentist fun. He’s funny and Really Really Good at what he does. Can’t recommend him enough

Dr. Thomas is really the best dentist on the planet. He not only highly skilled and does amazing beautiful dentist work, but he’s a wonderfully pleasant human being. My family has been seeing him for years and he’s made the not-so desired dentist visits something to look forward to. Whether it’s to feel better when something needed fixed or for the annual checkups and maintenance.

We’ve take our child to see him and he’s also been wonderful with her. Not only is he skilled at dentistry, but also with advanced dentistry. I didn’t have to see an oral surgeon for a surgical removal.
