Pinicon Ridge Park reviews
13A beautiful & well maintained park. Our 2 year old loves the all inclusive playground & abundance of nature! We especially love the updated restrooms & hiking trails.
This wasn't my event, but it was made better because of the location. Amazing buildings with unbelievable views, and recreational activities available. Do yourself a favor, visit this wonderful little place!
Cabins are nice, group camp sites are great, single/family unit sites are fine. I just wish this park had a swimming area, and showers on both sides of the park.
Best spot to camp at is called "C" section. It's more shade and better fishing. A is shady but fills up very fast. B is by the river but few spots to be directly by the river. Otherwise no shade trees at all. In a pinch there is a place called plains next to the dump station. It's more for tent camping but they do have a few water, electrical sites but the downside is your far away from the river and you park in grass. So to be level can be a challenge.
Our favorite campground is located at this park. Be aware of the coyotes if you take the flying squirrel trail. We had a couple of them tracking on us about 11am on a Sunday. Oh, and there is public hunting in the trail area too. Freaky man.
Great park on the river. Fishing and a good place to bring the kids to play if the play ground.
Too bad you cut 2 foot off the dam and turned the wapispinicon river into a stream at best.
Great park; large campground, well put together, bigger sites than typical, plenty of shade in most areas, lots of trail options for hiking. When there's water good paddling options also. Recommend strongly
Lovely Linn County park containing picnic shelters, trails, an observation tower, two modern and well-designed playgrounds, paddle boat rentals, and some wonderful riverside camping areas, with clean toilet and shower facilities. This is a nice place to visit for a picnic, group event, hiking, or camping.
Well kept park. Friendly staff.
Used to be five stars, but now the water level is way down because the dam was lowered.
Great park and campground.fishing hiking and nice rental facilities to accommodate any needs
Great park with lots of amenities. Campground is fantastic and clean with an excellent playground for the kids.
Great park - especially for 2-5 year-olds! The playground is like a tree house and has swings for all ages with beautiful walking trails nearby.
