This store was a huge disappointment. Hardly any selection of baby boy clothing. But I did end up finding a swaddle I liked so I purchased it. Get home to wash it and there is a gigantic hole in it that I couldn’t see because if they way they folded it. Never coming back here.

I would love to give y’all a better rating, but I have been multiple times and y’all haven’t been open during your posted times. Last night while I was walking up to the store a make employee put the closed sign up and mouthed sorry even though it wasn’t 6pm yet which is when you say you close. Very rude and unprofessional to not be open when you say you are and to pretty much lock the door in my face. When you are open I have found some good deals on clothes, but it is too much of a pain to have to call and see if you’re open and now also check if you’ll close before I get there. Please adjust your hours if you can’t be open during your posted times.

I really enjoy this shop. The clothes are great but your employee Kelsey is HORRIBLE and disrespectful. I called on the phone and she seemed irritated to answer my questions. When I got to the shop I walked in and greeted her (should have been the other way around) she was dismissive and didn’t even smile. She seemed bothered that I said hello like she didn’t have a second to greet a customer. When we went to check out she didn’t say a word. Most cashiers will tell you the total but she just stood there looking irritated. No one is forcing this woman to have this job. Being in a public setting dealing with mostly mothers getting their little ones clothes, customer service etiquette is essential. If I ever shop here again, I will not come back until a new employee is hired. Reading reviews I see this is not the first time people had a bad experience with this girl.

Never open during the posted weekend hours. Just drove a bunch of stuff over to sell and they weren’t open, despite the posted hours. This has happened multiple times. Unfortunately, we have to work during the week and can’t make their weekday hours. Call ahead!

Ive been here 3x over the past 4 months. Every single time the restroom has been "out of order". What kind of business doesn't fix its restroom? We checked with surrounding businesses and they wouldn't let my son use the restroom because they don't have public restrooms. So if pink & greens restroom is really out of order i wonder how the employee uses the bathroom. We had to leave. Im very unimpressed.

This little store has a huge selection of clothes, toys, hats, shoes and much more. Everything is nice and neat and it's easy to find the needed sizes.

Hi I would like to speak to the owner or manager about the horrible customer service I just received from your employee Kelsey. I will never shop or donate anything to your establishment again, my daughter is trying to earn extra money for her basketball team and wanted to sell almost a dozen pairs of brand new shoes of hers that no longer fit, so when I was trying to get the info about going about it, she was horribly impatient and I could tell I must’ve interrupted something because she couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough. Then told me that me being upset about the service wasn’t her problem and that was that.the rudest that I’ve ever dealt with. I would be ashamed and embarrassed to have her represent me or my business. I’m disgusted.

Anytime I go into this I always find what I need. The finds in here are amazing. And the prices are very fare and the clothes, I have yet to purchase anything with stains. Love PINK AND GREEN
