Pizza Hut, Council Bluffs IA

The 22nd and broadway location in CB is much much better then the other location. I wish they had delivery. The location has a small parking lot. The employees are friendly at least. The food is also better then the other location.

Order was not as expected at all.all wrong. All though the delivery was quick. It arrived before estimated time

Took 3 attempts to order over the phone. Them when they said it would be 45 min to an hour. It showed up an hour and 20 minutes. Pizza was warm and soggy, not the crisp pan crust I paid for. May be done with this location.

Just ordered the family hot box with wings and IT GAVE MY WHOLE FAMILY SEVERE FOOD POISONING! NEGATIVE STARS!

I made an online order for delivery. It never showed up. I called.or tried to call the store and they hung up on me the 10 times I called. The delivery driver never called. Terrible service. I can't imagine how you even do any business. No one ever answers the phone. If I could give zero stars I would. I will NEVER order from this place again. I will also be calling in a complaint on this store. Smh.

I was a little hesitant after seeing some negative reviews, but we ordered online to a hotel and it was hot and on time.

One simple pizza and couldn’t get the 2 toppings right. Disappointing. Pizza came on time though

I had a great experience. I ordered online and picked it up in the store. They got my order correct. The pizza was hot and delicious. The cooks and cashiers were friendly. I will definitely use this location again as it is conveniently located off broadway.

Was disappointed. The food was fine, considering I waited for approximately 45 minutes for my order. I was slightly put off that one of the employees, who obviously works around food, was dressed in a sleeveless tank top, shorts and sandals. No hair/beardnet either.

HEY ADAM NICE WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS! My Cousin ordered a Large Pepperoni & Pinapple pizza from this location 22nd & West Broadway tonight for dinner at 5: 45 pm. They told her it would be here within 30-45 minutes. The delivery driver didn't come with the pizza until about 7: 40 pm, & the pizza was cold. The cheese was cracking open like day old pizza. So when I was finally able to call & get through to talk to Someone from that store. This guy ADAM says he is the Manager & I give him all the information he asks for, then he proceeded to say that they don't have any such record of an order placed & if she can't PROVE it with a receipt, which the delivery driver kept. He wasn't going to do anything about it! NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT AGAIN, NOR MY COUSIN!

Ordered online. Got my order totally wrong. Wouldn't answer the phone. Had to take wrong order back and wait for my order. It was over sixty dollar order

Takes money from people but closed at the same time!? !? You guys really need to close your doors for good. I expect a FULL refund since I got NOTHING but a rude reply from the east manager.

I ordered 1 Hawaiian, 1 pepperoni and 1 2 littler Pepsi. For $49
After more than 1 hour the delivery guy came, he forgot the Pepsi and my Hawaiian had only 3 pieces of pineapple?
Very disappointed and thirsty I hope he comes back with my Pepsi now because I am about to choke!

I feel sorry about the delivery guy, while I was typing this, he came back with the Pepsi that he bought at the gas station but they are not cold

My order NEVER arrived. I have never experienced anything like this before. I do not normally order Pizza Hut but I wanted to try something new. I will not order from this location and I have not been able to contact a human being about refunding my money.

Order pizza from this location about every other month or so for the past few years. Their pizza barely has any sauce on it despite always asking for extra. Literally one of only three ingredients that make a pizza.

I've never ordered a pizza from here and thought, "Yeah I'm glad I got this. " I don't know why I keep giving them chances it always ends in disappointment.

Last time I ordered a pizza from here it was over cooked, dry, and again can't stress this enough, no sauce. I'm sure the pizza would have decent flavor if it actually had sauce on it. The way it was cut was something out of a horror film too. Wasn't cut all the way through and it looked like the person was blindfolded while cutting it.

Pizza hut also no longer offers their seasoned crusts. Not a location issue, but if you're part of the group of people that liked that about pizza hut, prepare for even more disappointment.

With covid this place has taken a hit. Some nights it's like 2 people working. I had a bad experience a couple weeks ago and they made up for it tonight with a credit. The fact they were willing to make it right and the pizza was on point this time makes me think they are trying and if I go and have a bad experience it's most likely due to staffing. So I ding one star for the fact it's been so hit or miss. Some nights I get extra toppings I didn't ask for or uneven spread. While other nights the pizza is cooked to perfection and the ingredients are spread with finesse. Nobody wants to have to be short staffed so I won't be another 1 star.

I ordered a$30 order For My Family and I 14 Days Ago and it was Cold also I had to wait for one hour to get my order I ordered it from the Pizza Hut in CB IOWA I called customer service and I was told that I would be contacted in 3to5 business Days and never was also wasn't offered a refund or anything Very bad for Business

Put correct time on website and if backed up call customer and let them know or offer for them to pick up. Customer should not have to call and check on time. Also food was cold

Make sure the food is hot, the wings are not hard like hockey puts and since your a pizza place how about cutting the pizza next time
