Pizza Hut, Osceola IA

Would give a zero if could. Ordered ahead of time at 4: 45 to be done at 6: 15. They finally had it done at 6: 45. They didn’t offer any discount. Have given them the benefit of doubt for the last time. Not going back.

Sat down with us as we ordered, No gloves, no hat, long beard with no hair net, dropped his order book on the nasty carpet, did not wash his hands then preceeded to make out food.

Ordered from hotel. Quick delivery. Great deep dish pizza cooked right. Much appreciated! 4 stars only due to cost.

I had ordered a HALF pepperoni and HALF Hawaiian. I got a pepperoni with pineapple on it with the other half only cheese. Nooo Canadian bacon on it.rant over

I ordered pizza last night and let me tell you something… That pizza was the biggest pile of garbage I have ever had! Lucky it was to go and I didn’t notice until I got back to my room!

Pricing and dishes different when ordering online, in person and on phone. Had to argue about cheesy baked pasta with breadsticks. Online it's $8.99. Well when I called and put order in and then went to get it all we got was the pasta for $8.99. No breadsticks. When I showed cashier the online description and price she acknowledged discrepancy BUT breadsticks were going to take 15 minutes to prepare and the rest if our food was done. She couldn't take money off or credit the card. Did offer in store credit only. I said forget it nit wauting and our food get cold so I said to give me a couple dipping sauces call it even. Which they did. PIzza hut CLEAN UP YOUR ACT!

Can never get a order right and some of the slowest service I'm seen, pizza hut is on its last days. I HOPE!

My pizza was burnt and I got different wings than I ordered. By the time it got here it was cold and soggy.

It's the only pizza hut close to me, I keep saying never again, and then I break down and give them another chance.
3 out of the last 3 times something was messed up on my order, or items were missing.

Came in with our grandchildren and ordered TWO triple treat boxes. Our "server" apparently didn't understand plain English and we only got ONE. They ended up upsizing the second one and taking some $ off of the bill. The biggest issue was the server. Pretty sure she doesn't want to do her job.just stands at the counter staring into space.definitely no tip.

Service was awful. A "mysterious" charge showed up and no one could explain it. We ordered on the app a full hour in advance and still had to wait to get our order. Perhaps hiring managers/owners should check for more than a pulse when making their staffing decisions. Very aggravating and all around poor service.

This place is honestly a joke the last 2 times I have ordered honey barbecue wings boneless I have received bone in wings and they were never honey barbecue, and I just tried calling them MULTIPLE TIMES and nobody answered the phone and they don’t close until 9pm and I called from 8: 15pm up to closing time. Never going/ordering from here again.

I’ve called 3 times each one an hour apart they haven’t picked up… so much for some good old fashion delivery pizza
