Be sure to check your order before leaving. Even if they tell you that everything is there, check for yourself. We order 2-3 times a month and about 50% of the time they forget the extra sauces we order. Once you are out the door it is your problem. They will not give you the rest of your order unless you pay for the missing items a second time and they will not refund the missing items because there's "no proof that they forgot".

Location is struggling since covid. Pick up or delivery only. No fountain drinks. Rough around the corners

The customer service was great and my order was ready-made and served with a smile. Good prices and ordered 2 large pizza to go. Friendly and helpful

We were heading to Villisca for a funeral and stopped at this Pizza Hut for lunch on our way. We were a few minutes before 11, but the gentleman who helped us was incredibly kind about it (I wish I'd gotten his name, but he said he'd only been there about a month) and had our food ready quite quickly. The food was GREAT! So thankful for a good meal and kind service on a hard day, especially as he had no idea, my guess is he is just a great employee!

Not worth the money. Pizza was good but also ordered the 2 pasta baked chicken Alfredo with bread sticks. It seemed like one pasta bake was cut in half and put in 2 separate tins to make it look like 2. So disappointing. At other pizza huts when I order the pasta bakes it's filled to the top not just scimming the bottom.

Worst experiences back to back. Horrible delivery associates and more than on one occasion poor quality food. (Undercooked, soggy, or basically not cut at all)

Don was quick on the phone and menu was real easy to read and pick what I wanted to eat. It was made perfectly and my driver I think his name was David delivered it quicker than I had thought. He was really nice and I'm glad pizza hut has got a good quick and friendly driver. Very satisfied with pizza hut. Will be returning soon.

Ordered 2 large pizzas and were given what looked like mediums.our beef taco pizza hardly had any toppings on it.we dined in and were given paper plates and no silverware and our pizza was in to go boxes

The manager was the only staff present that I could see, and as always very pleasant. Food was fast and good

It didn't smell very clean and we were the only ones in there and it didn't feel like the heat was on. Don't think they expect people to eat in there. Food was good.

Way better than it used ti be the new management is rly trying and it shows!

Last two times i have ordered from this location the delivery driver was very rude claimed my door bell didnt work but it does and box was crushed and wet from the soda being put on top in the hot bad wont be ordering from them again

The pizza and wings both needed more sauce. Everything else was good. My daughter said her pasta was a bit dry as well. Otherwise we are satisfied.

We ordered a hamburger and mushroom pizza. About 10 pieces of each on a large pizza. It was terrible.

The center bottom/dough of the pizza was greasy, very thin and very hard. I had to use a steak knife to cut through it. The center was inedible. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni. The outer crust was perfect, just not the center.

Stop messing up my order EVERY time I place an order then ignoring me when I call about it

I ordered our pizza on line and asked for carside delivery, this did not happen. We had to enter the hut. Upon opening pizzas at home, we live in the country, 1 Pizza was not even close to what I ordered. I ordered beef with onions, green peppers, and black Olives, thin Crust. I received beef with stuffed Crust. I probably will not order again.
