Pizza Hut, Knoxville IA

Food was good but I suggest taking it to go or have it delivered. Unless you like the sound of nagging and loudly barked orders the whole time you eat. The manager was barking orders at the teenagers working the whole time.
If I heard an adult talking to my child like that at their job my child would no longer have a job and that manager would also be without a job.
When I confronted her about her behavior she said that one of the kids was hers so she can yell at her. Poor girl looked MISERABLE and embarrassed because of how her mom was behaving.

Good as expected for the Pizza But chain. Clean restaurant. Always seem to be over staffed who don't really do much but gossip and carry on loudly, especially when the dining area is nearly empty most times

I waited for my order for an hour. I called the store and they could not find my apartment. I told them where it is and waited another hour. Food was cold.

Food mostly good. Received a pizza with no sauce on it when they made it (a supreme lol) but they did replace it. Staff is disorganized, don't know their own products or what deals are running and what is available. Mozzarella sticks are delicious as well as the sweet chili chicken bites and cheesy bread!

Really run down restaurant. Pizza was sub- par. Scant ingredients and cheese. Crust didn't taste fresh. Rather disappointed because the Hut is one of my favs.

If I could give zero stars, I would. All I got was a small fountain soda which costed $3.00. Absolutely ridiculous. The person at the register didn't even attempt to say anything nor did he offer to just refund when I stated if I had known it was $3 for a tiny soda I wouldn't have gotten it. Seriously, at most it's $0 30 their cost for fountain soda and what, maybe a 16oz cup at that. Extremely awful business practice. For the mark up on a fountain soda they should be able to put higher quality food out the door. That is not any kind of customer service or decent business practice.

Taco chicken pizza was delivered cold. No chicken one or two pieces of two pieces of chicken. No cheese was on it

My wife and I have always loved Pizza Hut. Me pan and wife is thin and crispy. Staff did a good job but as most places seemed under staffed. We walked in with many tables dirty. Food quality seemed fine but location needs upgraded and a deep clean

Very disappointed, waited 14 minutes to get menus which were basically thrown onto our table by a female employee. Then another female employee and a tall long-haired male employee we're fraternizing by a cash register and we never got a waitress or drink glasses. We waited 20 minutes total then just got up and left.
We will not be back.

Although the food was fine their was a weird smell that you noticed as soon as you walked in the doors. I thought they had just cleaned something and it would go away, but it didn't. Appears to have been coming from the women's restroom according to my wife. It just overpowered everything else, and you really didn't even smell pizza or anything like you would in a normal Pizza Hut.

Our waiter was a young kid and he was polite, but all he did was take our order and then we never saw him again. Without the smell it would have been better.

This Pizza Hut has gone severely down hill. The most recent order of pizza was gross. I took pictures of the mess that was our order. As well as the employee who helped me was rude about a pizza being wrong. When reaching out to corporate finally getting the right pizza (I had already paid for it) it was a disgusting undercooked, no sauce, barely any toppings (ordered the pepperoni lovers) mess. We threw out most of the meal. Do not order from here.

They forgot our marinara for the breadsticks. When I called them back they offered to run some back out to us. They were back to our house with the sauce in less than 10 mins which was greatly appreciated and they gave us extra sauce as a gesture of good faith. The biggest thing was their great attitude about it. Not only was the manger nice and apologetic but the delivery person came back with a big smile on her face, also apologetic. Great attitudes go a long way.

Ordered family order of breadsticks. Cold marinara 4 cups. Asked to warm them. Came back lukewarm 3 cups. Asked to warm them again, finally got warm sauces they said we're "really hot, careful". They were just warm enough. Asked for parmesan cheese. Brought one shaker 1/3 full. Asked for more. Brought another, 1/3 full. This was for 5 people. Ordered 2 PAN pizzas and got one pan pizza, sent the other back because it was not pan. Will update with how the pizzas taste and if they ever give us enough parmesan cheese.

It was like a breath of fresh air stopping at Knoxville’s Pizza Hut! I knew as soon as we walked in they had new management! Service was great and very friendly! Her name was Pam. Food was awesome overall great experience! We will be back now that they have new management!

It's sad that we don't have many places to choose from to eat. This area is busy enough they could add a few more places. Anyway pizza has just ok pizza. They never add the extra sauce, I'm pretty sure there was no extra cheese either. No flavors for the boring crust. So it's as good as the gas station pizza.

The location refused to honor a deal which the app said was available there. I would not have ordered those pizzas unless they were on special. I placed the order online and was told my total for the items was 21.98 (pretax). When I arrived, the cashier said that special was not available at Highway 14 Knoxville, IA, meaning the new total would be 37.98. I refused the items, left, and ordered from your competitor.

Items out of stock. One sandwich was the wrong kind & the other was burned. Took 2 deliveries to get my whole order. Over all very disappointing. Will keep my orders to the evening. Things seem smoother later.

Force the current franchise owners to sell to someone who will run the store in the traditional Pizza Hut fashion. They are absentee owners who are running a perennially strong store into the ground.

The order was correct this time, but I had to walk down the block and pick it up at my neighbors house because it was left on their porch.
