9I stopped by the Pizza Hut last week and was greeted by Jessica. She was very helpful and friendly, a great customer service representative for Pizza Hut!
Food was mediocre at best. I didn't get to look at a menu. The lady came up and expected me to know what I wanted as soon as I came in the door. When i couldn't think of what I wanted, she proceeded to roll her eyes at me.
Their buffet is much cheaper than Pizza Ranch. The store is much less crowded too. Service was great!
The delivery driver asked if I wanted MY change. I said yes he proceeds to go back to his car get my change which is 7$ and some cents. He then hands me my money but keeps the change in his other hand and walks off, if you don’t want bums who need your 5 dollar tip to survive delivering food DO NOT ORDER from there. Maybe get a job that you know pays your wage, you decided to be a useless pawn expecting others to CONTRIBUTE TO YOUR PAYCHECk. LO.freaking. L lol
Well, I was excited to try the PH buffet again after several years. I use to really like their pasta dish with peppers, onions and sausage. Well the new dish only has noodles and blah marinara with cheese. The salad bad was missing bacon bits and any cold salads. All in all for the same price I'll go to Pizza Ranch next time.
Lobby was closed when we arrived but the staff let us sit in dining room to view menu, order food, and have a soda while we waited for our order. Great group of kids and great food. Keep it up!
Friendly staff great service. Had their New York Pizza. Was smaller than I thought. 2 hours after I got home I was sick from probably all the grease that I try to stop off of it and pizza. I think I'll just stay away from Pizza hut.
Employees seem happy under new management, great customer service and food. I understand they are short staffed still but they always great me when I go in and smile and treat me like they want me to return. I will be back
