Pizza Hut, Mason City IA

Ordered 36 pieces of wings and only received 20. Called the store to tell them what happened and they just dismissively told me there wasn't anything they can do.

We ordered ahead on the app. Got there to pick it up, and waited for 10 min to get help and they weren't busy.

We went in tonight and Heather was our server. She did an excellent job keeping up with our drinks and making sure we had napkins and all hot food. We absolutely love visiting this place. We'll be back! Thank you so much for all your hard work even though you were busy, you guys did great!

My aunt was visiting from Florida. She owns her own business. We ordered the big New Yorker to be delivered and looked like the driver ate half of the pepperoni the crust was like cardboard. I was very embarrassed. Will never go back to this facility.

So nice and extremely accommodating with giving me food without dairy! Tasted great and I appreciated the extra work the staff put in.

It has always been my favorite pizza! The dinner box pizza is almost like little Caesars deep dish with the crunchy square shape. Any time I decide to go in to eat or order to go, the customer service has been great!

Recently spent $36. On my order it was pretty bad most of it was so dried out and hard even the apple pies were to crunchy I will probably throw it all out very disappointed
