Pizza Ranch reviews
27The food is ok, but I'm trying to figure out what is this? Why is this one slice of pizza naked skin and topping laying next it. So this how you all handle food when providing services and send out to ppl this is badly package and I'm highly disappointed could have been better care than this. Its so unprofessional for a business
My delivery was cold n take knife/pizza cutter away from whom cut my half n half pizza. Slices were uneven n did not separate my half n half. My wings were also cold n i dont live far away from site. Over all not happy only second time ordering now I know why. Want my money back
Covid super spreader! Customers not wearing masks. Maskless children breathing directly onto the food. Management just watching and not doing anything. This place should be closed.
This place is great! The food is hot and they put just enough out that it doesn't get cold before they refill that particular item. The fun zone was a blast and my kids loved it! Very reasonably priced and on Mondays the fun zone games are half off!
Food was kept fresh and rotated in and out frequently, kids enjoyed the new fun zone, was a good family destination.
No social distancing, dirty dishes piling up everywhere, tons of people in the restaurant and at least half weren't wearing masks when up at the buffet. The game room was packed and most people weren't wearing masks. I felt very uncomfortable and felt like I was at a covid superspreader event. Let's just say we ate really fast so we could get the heck out of there! We were there over the summer and felt much safer.they apparently have given up on taking precautions. We will not be going back until the pandemic is over. The food was good as usual, so we will still order for carryout.
I absolutely love Pizza Ranch. I will say this: there is no one more rude than a Christian at a Pizza Ranch.
No salad out, the pizza cold, soda machine spits out ice without touching it, floor was a mess this worst I see it toke them forever put salad out. If there a manager there could not tell
They tried to make it right but the quality of food (burnt), mistakes (wrong houses and wrong food), and long hour and a half wait time and one case forgot us completely, well this isn't worth it to us.
First at a Pizza Ranch restaurant I love having so many choices of pizza and other food items. The restaurant service and staff were great. The pizza really good the stuffed crust is fantastic. I will go to this place again. Thank you Keith
Everyone is So friendly at this restaurant and everything is nice and clean. Thank you so much!
Good food, lots to choose from. But wish kids knew to get new plate. I think kids need supervised
My wife and I eat fairly frequently at the Pizza Ranch on Westdale Dr. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. And the chicken and pizzas are always fresh and very good.
It is consistent. That is not bad. That is just average. We don’t go for the pizza or the dessert bar. We go for the chicken and the salad bar. When we were there the soup lid fell several times in the cream based soup container. I can’t believe anyone would eat it after looking at that. We were there over 90 minutes and it was never cleaned while we were there.
One of the nicest Pizza Ranches I've been to. Clean place with kind and helpful staff. They were pretty busy and we dis have to wait a little bit to be seated but pizza was constantly being refilled. It always seems like the desert pizza runs out too quick at Pizza Ranch but they had a separate buffet station for desert pizza so there was always some available. Very well managed.
Pizza Ranch has GF options for my family! With our diverse dietary needs, this makes it a good place for us to eat.
Good to eat a lot, pizza is ok. Their cactus bread which is a dessert pizza is fantastic. Also, their chicken is very very good, some of the best in town.
Pizza buffet and fried chicken with potatoes and vegetables. Soft ice cream on fruit pizza for dessert. Good tasting food. Very friendly staff.
Inept counter help, slow service, trash on the floor, a customer carried two small dogs to their table, they were not service dog's, no vests or anything marking them as such.
Our pizza was brought out in a box with a mystery sticky red stain on the side of the box, everyone else had theirs delivered to their table on a pan.
Who ever is doing the prep work needs to learn some knife skills, onions shouldn't be cut bigger than postage stamps, neither should the green pepper.
Not worth the money.
Food was cold and they never change it rude employees don’t go here not a lot buffet around here.
