Pizza Ranch, Ottumwa IA

Love going to Pizza Ranch when we're in town. Their food is great staff is friendly as well as professional. The place is always clean, food is fresh.

This visit was ok. Pizza selection was very limited. Maybe we just caught them at a bad time. The salad bar away good and the chicken was great, as usual

Staff is very friendly. Order a pizza I like, they bring it to my table before they put it on the buffet. Like the new Ice Cream Machine, 3 flavors vanilla, chocolate and swirl

Was there at 7: 15 on Friday and was told that what was on the buffet was it. There wouldn't be putting out any more food. Checked it out and there was maybe 6 pieces of chicken, 3 small pizzas that was dried out, salad bar was empty. Very rude girl at the register. Your hours do state you are open until 8.
Did not stay to eat.

Do your self a favor call dominos. Worst experience in ottumwa iowa. Complete and utter rip off. NO FLAVOR. No better then microwave pizza. Smallest buffet I’ve ever been to. They let you create your own pizza but it all lacks flavor, texture, quality. To top it off everything else in the restaurant is either two salty or from a can. The salad bar is LOW QUALITY! Old eggs (see picture below). Salad dressing is. Desert section is embarrassing. The fact that every person has to pay $16 each. COME ON take your business to domonios or another local business. I am willing to change my review but only if this business is willing to step up its quality.

Just wanted to let someone know we were there at the ottumwa location at 133 yesterday ordered got some items off buffer we also ordered a half taco and half bronco 214 came had to leave for work still hadn't received anything as we were getting up here comes our pizza didnt offer to put some in box nothing they were not busy as a buser at 155 and she said it just went in our order just a little upset cuz this was our lunch before going to work just thought you should be made aware thank you enclosed is a copy of our receipt

This place had the most disgusting floors ever. The food was good and service was good but they really gotta work on cleaning the gross floors.

Decent place to eat, friendly staff and the buffet stayed full with really tasty food. Especially the pizza! Only complaint I have is the floors were very greasy which makes me question how clean the kitchen is.

Wrong order, driver about caused an accident as she would not pull into drive, yet parked in the road, left driver door open. She didnt act like she understood that with all the items on the ticket she was holding didnt equate to the two medium boxes of cheese bread she handed me. Had to send her back to get my order. By the time she came back, after I had called wondering where she was, being told they corrected the order and she would be there soon. When she finally arrived, she let me know my order had been in the warmer the entire time. This was aprox 45 minutes at this time. Chicken was less than par, cactus bread was hard, gravy room temp. Not given so much as an apology let alone anything for our troubles. My order total was 92 dollars. Very disappointed, unfortunately this will be the last time we continue to allow the mistakes. We must have bad luck when it comes to Pizza Ranch.

Definitely not going to go back to this location. My mom went in back in January and got some awful service, reached out on fb and got no response. She ordered a pizza while her friends got the buffet, they put her pizza in the takeout area instead of bringing it to her. After 30 minutes she went to ask about it. By then it was cold and she asked if they could remake it. Instead the MANAGER came out and threw the cold pizza on the table and said he wouldn't remake it. Cool dude, really nice of you.

1st Time Visit In Years. Brought My Grandson - It Happened To Be "Kid's Night". Lucky! Great Food, Clean Restaurant, Hard Working Staff

Was super slippery floor in buffet area, staff weren't cleaning up buffet keeping nice in salad bar area, didn’t see any temping or rotation of food on the non pizza area. Witnessed new fried chicken come out and piled on top of old. The piece I grabbed was raw in center. Not impressed for my first time. I don't think it will be someplace I regularly go as I move to Iowa.

Their was hair on the soda machine all over the mashed potatoes they bars wasn’t even cleaned up or organized they had no pickles the chicken wasn’t done all the way it was still pink on the inside and there was no food out their the dessert bar was empty and they used the same spoon for the salad bar on the bacon bits the sunflower seeds and these other weird looking condiments allmost all the dressings was not filled it was not worth my $75: 00 will not be going back to ottumwas pizza ranch again

We were very pleased! This was our first visit to the Ottumwa pizza ranch, and there was great variety of food and all the containers were well stocked! From now on it will be our pizza Ranch of choice!

If I could rate lower I would. No salad dressing on salad bar i had to wait 10 minutes for them to refill. Lettuce was brown and salad items were not cold. The ice cream machine didnt work and no desserts, I waited 10 minutes for that. Terrible experience in the Ottumwa restaurant. Wont go back. We both felt sick when we got home. Dont waste your money

My husband and I enjoy eating at Pizza Ranch! The people are very friendly. He usually goes for the chicken. I go after pizza and a salad, and we both enjoy dessert. It doesn't matter which you want the food is always good. They are community minded. They will hold a fund raiser night in conjunction with one of the schools.

By far the worst service ever! Waited for a half hour for the food I was looking for to come out so of course it was picked clean quick and was there for over an hour and after I payed for my own pepperoni pizza and dessert cookie pizza for my kids which had been waiting the entire time we were there for those items then they put them out.

Only 2 choices if dessert pizza an several pizzas on the buffet that were the same. I heard about a special an it wasn't on the buffet. We weren't asked if we needed anything or had a request. But in any case family got full.
