Pizza Ranch, Mt Pleasant IA

Stopped in with a group of 10 ladies on our way to a weekend retreat in Dayton. The staff was very kind and polite. The waitress Jane was a doll. She was very attentive and cleared our dishes quickly. Loved her shirt with the Bible verse on it!

The food was great, as always!

Comfort food! The folks are friendly here. During my visit, they did a great job of cleaning up after customers to make room for the next people. It was busier than usual due to the Old Threshers Reunion. The employees did a great job of keeping up with the added demand.

We stopped here at lunchtime and expected there to be some food on the buffet, unfortunately there were only 3 different pizzas and those looked like they had sat out for hours. They did finally bring out some more as we were ending our meal, however the pizza did not taste as good as the Burlington location. Also there was a patron who fell on the floor and was left lying there for almost 45 minutes during our meal while some of the other patrons just stepped over her. What has society come too. Not sure why it took so long for any paramedics to arrive. But the staff did nothing to clear the area and help the injured guest keep some dignity. The whole place seemed to be business as usual while this poor lady lay on the floor next to the buffet.

Good experience with this Pizza Ranch. Only placed a to-go order and picked it up in the drive-thru so I can't comment on the atmosphere and cleanliness inside. Sat in line in the drive-thru for a while waiting to get to the window. The Tuscan Roma pizza was made very well! Lots of cheese! There seemed to be more toppings on this pizza compared to pizzas I have received from other locations.

I can remember, when you could go out for Sunday dinner (any dinner for that matter), and get quality service, quality food, and employees that clean themselves let alone the tables, dishes, and floors. It's noon here, kinda busy, nobody busing tables, and no place to sit. No matter, not enough food on the buffet to require finding a place to sit. Watched an elderly lady slip on the floor and do a "head/face plant" into the pizza bar. Took 45 minutes for ambulance to haul her out. Whole time a waitress (1) stood guard so nobody stepped on her. I hope the woman that fell, sues this place for ownership, and turns this restaurant into what it used to be.

Things were fine. I was just disappointed in the choices on the buffet. Burlington has a bigger buffet n more choices.

This was my first time at a Pizza Ranch restaurant and I can say I am happy. The pizza was good quality for a buffet and the fried chicken was very tender and delicious. I came in on a Saturday night and they were slammed. The food was quickly swept up when they put it out. I don’t think they’re slow, just a lot of hungry people as I saw workers constantly bringing more food out of the kitchen as fast as they could. They had several options for dessert including a ice cream machine and there was also a large salad bar which was fresh. Would happily return.

Several dollars more than any other location I've been to. The owner will not honor the companies Military discount policy. Will never go to this location again!

Angie that was doing pizzas made a specialty pizza for us and made sure it was to our satisfaction. Great customer service

Ordered a pizza when we got there. 45 minutes later we ask about it. Nobody came back and told us where the pizza was. 10 minutes later my husband went and ask again and they said they put it on the buffet. My husband got 2 pieces. When we went to get ice cream the machine wouldn't put out any ice cream. Come to find out it was broken.

No food was being brought out. They had little to no options for pizza. With how full the place was, refilling should have been a priority.
And the few pizzas that did get brought out were dry and hard as a rock.
The only saving grace were the 2 peices of cactus bread I was able to find.

Will never give this location my service again.

Busy, but we had great food, it was well stocked, and the atmosphere was very positive even though it was Mother's day.

It's pizza ranch It's always good. But, this location is the first PR I've dined at where they don't make crustless pizzas.
However.they do have PR mints! [BONUS]
