Pizza Ranch, Cedar Falls IA

There was no chicken.no ice cream.no soda.and a table cleaner that wouldn't let us eat without complaining about her job after we asked where something was.will not be coming back. I spent 115.00 and I am completely dissatisfied

The place was dirty. The pizza on buffet was barely cut and I had to cut every piece myself. There was tons of ice around one of the machines and it never got cleaned up. The connected fun zone had several broken machines and it took well over 20 minutes for someone to come to the counter to help us redeem tickets. It seemed like it was terribly understaffed as the staff clearly had way too much to handle. I wouldn't come here again, but on the bright side, the food tasted pretty good.

I've been to this particular pizza ranch 3 times and it's never very clean. The chicken was minimal and over cooked. The last 2 times I was there (8 months between) and there was no ice for the drinks! Both pop machines with self producing ice machines were broken. The person at the front counter was nice and efficient but our table was never cleared while we were there. I recommend driving the extra miles and go to Waverly. Lastly its ridiculously over priced. All pizza ranches I believe not just this one.

Don't go an hour before closing. Nothing was fresh except a chocolate chip cookie and a dessert pizza. We learned our lesson. Chicken and pizza was still good but more like eating leftovers. Place was a disaster of dirty plates and floors. Go earlier!

We were there (Cedar Falls) at noon to eat and for the third time in the last month and there was no chicken, no dessert pizza and had to wait 15 minutes for chicken, then it was gone in about 2 minutes, everyone was waiting) and never did bring out any dessert pizza! Ice cream machine is never working. This place is really going downhill. You would think at noon there would be food to eat! Cedar Rapids and Vinton Pizza Ranch's have them beat hands down for service and food!

Ice cream machine was out of order, only pop available was diet as the rest were out of syrup on both fountains, no coffee, Chicken and pizza were undercooked, restrooms were trashed and they only had 1 worker covering the arcade so we had to wait about 45 minutes to use tickets. I don't normally complain, however I've noticed the downward spiral the last few times we've there

They will make you any pizza you want, just ask the cashier.

Went there for supper they had no plates
People were sitting in booths waiting for plates
I approached someone in a red shirt and he said we know. People were complaining they had to wait for pizza too come out and they had no deserts. One couple had a small dish of ice cream the cup was like a real small butter cup
It was very unorganized by who ever was in charge. We didn't get any desert because there wasn't any. There was napkins and food on the floors that wasn't picked up.

The Pizza Ranch has great Pizza and more, much much more!

The first time I went to Pizza Ranch I went for the gaming in back. Pizza Ranch has a full arcade in back with games that challenge both kids and adults. I loved the Marvel heroes and the SpongeBob Square Pants card drop games but there was a wide assortment of other games to spark the interest and spend the time.

After visiting the arcade I had to return the following day for the buffet before I headed home from Iowa. It just looked to good to leave without trying it.

The various Pizza slices I tried were delicious and the fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, corn and other fixings were top notch and totally unexpected for a pizza buffet.

So if you're in Waterloo, come and get it!

I have never been so upset. 3 adults and a child. $50 waisted. We love 55 min away and take this drive because this has been our favorite one to go to. The food was pretty much gone. Took 28 min for chicken then they let one table take 4 full plates to their table and nobody got any! I have two pizza ranch close to me but we choose the CF one due to it’s always the cleanest. Food all over the floor and under the tables. This was a waste of money. We didn’t even get chicken. So salad mashed potatoes and stuffing was what we ate. Pretty upsetting!

Food was decent, the best you will get with pizza ranch. But fried chicken is fried chicken. The pizza was hot and if something wasn't it was taken down. Server asked for a tip which was a bit awkward, due to the fact we had already left a tip upon paying. But they cleared our plates frequently which was nice.

Over all a good buffet, alot of different food was good beautiful buffet choices to choose from.

I've always had decent food at Pizza Ranch, but this was the first time to this one, and it was very disappointing. The food was old and it wasn't busy. I will go to other pizza ranches from now on.

I went to Pizza Ranch on Sunday, and the staff was amazing. You could tell they were a little short staffed because food was coming out slower. There were a lot of rude customers yesterday and the staff was handling them with good attitudes. I do understand being short staffed people were upset about different things one thing i noticed was no one was out cleaning tables, people were also getting upset about how long the food was taking to come out.sorry the staff had to deal with that and appreciate everyone who was working while they were understaffed.

Pizza Ranch has good fried chicken and good pizza. My complaint is that there was no ice for drinks, no iced tea available, lettuce bowl was almost empty and debris all over the floor in the area we sat. Not a pleasant atmosphere or experience.

Todd and his crew do an excellent job. Food is good and place is clean. Fried chicken is a favorite along with salad bar. Update: 8/13/2023 Ate at Pizza Ranch today and food was excellent. Some of the new pizzas are really good. The new breakfast pizza was amazing. As always the pizza crust was cooked to perfection. The dessert pizza and icecream are also a favorite of ours. The new Fun Center was fun for us and the grandkids.

No ranch, onions, or coke. Gravy was watery, the bathroom smelled so bad, the store was dirty.

Service and restaurant here went down hill. Place is filthy, food and drink isn't getting replenished. If the front of house is this bad it makes me question what the kitchen looks like. I don't know if they're short staffed or what but they gotta get it together.
