Holy cow. This place irritated us beyond belief. We waited at the register for someone to come, mind you there were several people behind us too. Then we paid, way too much, only to find. No plates, no silverware, no food. We waited, and waited. All customers were irritated. I had to ask 5 times for some lettuce. Only to have someone tell me, oh I will get that right away. Well if they would have gotten it right, I would not have to ask 5 times. People were standing around waiting for plates, silverware, and food. It was not clean. I used to like this place, but sadly we will not be back, to this one anyway.

Great selection for breakfast! Not necessarily pizza! Lots of choices.fried chicken, salad, eggs, bacon, sausage, french toast.

One of the few rare buffets still around and definitely the best out there. Food is fresh and constantly monitored. Nice work.

Absolutely terrible service for delivery. Ordered pizza online, can track progress on the app, said pizza would be delivered in 44 minutes. When that came and went, waited about 15 more minutes and no pizza so called the location, they said they messed up and they would have the pizza to us in 20 minutes. Guess what. 45 minutes later and still no pizza. When I tried to call them again they are not answering the phone, I tried 2 different times to call and let it ring and ring and ring. Nothing. This is there worst delivery service I've ever encountered.

Pizza ranch it is what you expect, the only negative was that the empty plates stacked piled up in our private room.

Been here few times in past 2 months, every time I was waiting 30 minutes because there was never any food out on the buffet, by the time there was and I got up there, it was all taken

We have made reservations once a month. 2 different times we reserve a party room and we have been kicked out of the rooms for someone else's party. Today when we came for our reservation, they said they needed the room once again for someone else. This is ridiculous. We explained during our meetings we can not have any other people around because we discuss private information. They stuck us in a section with people still. Talked to manager and he said it was double booking but for real how many times are they going to kick us from the rooms. This time is our Christmas party meeting and we are not happy. So watch out if you book a room that does not mean you will get it. They might give it to one of their friends who want it more even thought you get it reserved on advance.

Over 45 minutes later then the estimated delivery time. Restaurant wouldn’t even take responsibility for the food not being in the oven when I called 20 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered to check on it.

Worst place to eat and high prices.
$ 80. For 3 adults 3 kids.
Then there was no pizza out in the buffet. Waited 1/2 an hour still no more pizza. So asked for money back.

Dinner staff were very sweet and helpful. Arcade staff member left me and my son in the arcade as I was standing at the counter looking for his card to turn in his tickets because they closed at 8 and it was 8: 02. Upon finding him and bringing him back to the arcade he turned all the lights out as my son was spending his tickets. I am very surprised by the inconvenience I caused for him given the amount of money we spent there and how friendly all the other staff were.

A pizza buffet with not even a full pizza out. Zero dessert pizza out. Lettuce for salads empty. Thankful there was some fried chicken available or else there would be nothing to eat. Biggest waste of $17.00 ever. Granted it was Friday night but maybe you should expect it to be busy and be prepared.

We go to this restaurant very often. We love the food, and it's usually pretty clean. However the last few times we've went the highchairs are absolutely disgusting and my two toddlers have now gotten hand foot and mouth TWICE from this restaurant (from the highchairs). Please do better! Not everyone uses the highchairs, but the familes that do don't deserve to go through what my kids are going through right now.

Service was great! Tables bused super fast. Variety of pizza could have been better. Extremely loud at lunch but I guess you can't help that.
