Everytime I come in and leave the center I am greated by friendly staff Equipment & Bathrooms always clean.

I like how there is something for everyone and so many options to choose from. TVs are a plus also.

Refuses to accept an official fire/ems ID, why offer the discount if you refuse to use it?

Staff is friendly and helpful. Gym is clean and there is a great variety and quantity of machines.

I’ve been to Four Seasons, I’ve been to Life Time. This is the cleanest facility I have ever seen. I’m embarrassed to go home.

By far my favorite gym in town. I love how the staff remembers who I am every time I come in. Extremely helpful and nice. I also appreciate how clean this gym stays, you can tell the staff takes pride in their work.

Great staff! Very clean gym! We would like some of the old Cardo equipment back though. The new machines have a shorter stride and are harder to use. Kelsey does a great job and the staff there are amazing!

NOT CLEAN I saw a guy nit wash his hands and touching all equipment and not cleaning them.

Up to par for sure. I stopped in during my national tour for my hiking YouTube channel "Beyond the Pavement". Just like all the other planet fitnesses I've been to, it was clean and staff was friendly.

We are travellers who came from Singapore all the way to Iowa to do Ragbrai and travel America. As black card members who needed a shower after a hot day in Iowa, we visited planet fitness at 6.48pm, just 12 minutes before they close at 7pm. But Dana, the associate kept yelling at us to get out of the gym, saying that “planet fitness was closing” and that “she could no longer let people in”.

We did not even go when the gym was closed but made it just before closing. While we understand that Planet Fitness is indeed closing, we had already promised to finish getting a shower in 10 quick minutes. But to be shoo-ed away in such a rude fashion.it was very shocking and hurtful to us.

Dana’s behavior shocked us extensively as we had heard that people in Iowa were helpful to people who do Ragbrai and this person, Dana (the manager at Planet Fitness) - who denied us to have even a simple shower that would have made our day alittle more comfortable made us feel less welcome and frankly, quite upset.

Planet fitness cancellation policy is hypocritical. If people can sign up online without a physical signature, people should absolutely be able to cancel online. Just another way to keep up retention and grab as much coin as possible. Capitalism at it's finest!

I go here over the summer for the free pass. Equipment is always clean and in good condition. Staff is friendly as well.

Equipment is in good shape. Facility is clean and updated. Shower area is a bit odd. The showers have no temperature instructions. There are two handles that rotate, stacked. It's hard to explain. Anyway, it doesn't say which directions are hot or cold. I think one is for water pressure, but I'm not really sure? There are also no hooks inside the shower, which would be nice to hang a shower bag, or even a washcloth on. Also, more hooks outside the shower for towels or bags would be nice.

For newcomers (like my family and I), there are some things we have found unclear. There are TVs, but I didn't see any instructions on how to get sound. Some of the machines appear to have TV controls but they don't work. So one would not know if they were broken or just not intented to work. The restrooms are not clearly marked, besides by an "m" and "f", well inside the doors. Some better signage would be nice.

Overall, the place is clean and the few interactions I have had with the staff have been positive.

Basically equipped but with the old less effective PF line of equipment. Outdated tanning is not up to par with an average PF in the country. Very clean and large locker rooms but very dim. Definitely still worth the membership but could use some upgrades. UPDATE: Over a year later and no updates and it seems as though the bulbs haven't been changed. I left a sticker on to see if i got any color and NOTHING. SMH. Those of you who pay for black card.all over the country PF has a minimum of level 4 tanning (I travel for work) You should really complain about your local gym being under par for Pf standards.

Get the black card and bring a friend for free! As im overweight, i can say ive never been more comfy in a gym.

I lift here often and it's a very convenient spot to goto. The staff is very friendly and helpful too.

This place is not a judgement-free zone at all. I was humiliated in front of everyone by one of the staff. I will NEVER come back here again! The only reason they even get one star is because the gym seemed well-maintained and clean.

Love going here! Tanning, massage and judgment free for reals! Easy to use machines for all levels of athletes.

Had a very bad experience about 2 yrs ago.came back recently not sure if anythings changed but I hope it has
