The ladies are always super kind. I went in for HRT nervous as all get out but they all made it so much easier to do it. They respect my pronouns and preferred name and its always a quick and easy visit.

I used the online service to schedule an appointment and they ended up being closed. Called the number and the woman on the other end disregarded me completely.

Making an appointment is super easy online. The ladies are caring and good at what they do. I feel safe here.

Called ahead of time to make sure they were accepting walk ins, drove an hour just for them to tell me they weren’t accepting walk ins and hadn’t been all day. Absolutely ridiculous.
