Really sad, we go here quite often and everything's usually Great but this time they brought out the wrong order then tried to fix it and it still wasn't right, couldn't get anyone to stop at the table and after trying a bite that didn't taste good at all and leaving everything on my plate someone finally stops by to ask "how was everything" I then complained and clearly you could see all my food was still on my plate. They didn't adjust the bill or anything and when I said something to him at the register he laughed and said sorry.ummm that's great service I paid for them to scrap trash in the trash, makes no sense. Don't ask if everything's OK and then do NOTHING about it. Way to make things Right? !

Super fast service got chips and salsa as soon as we sat down and food came very quickly after we ordered it. The food was very good one of the best Mexican places I've been too.

Went here on a last minute decision and it did not disappoint. Good food, fast service. Only down side is once it got packed it was hard to get to go boxes or to get our check. Probably due to it seemed a bit understaffed. But will definitely be coming back. Kids loved their nachos, and the burrito asada was pretty on point. Chips and salsa was awesome. Family of 4 and only spent roughly $45 and everyone was full.

This place is by far the best. We have eaten in many Mexican places from Ohio to Michigan, to Minnesota, Missouri, Iowa.

This place has gone down hill in the last 2 years ordered a fajita 2 days ago. It was awful.

I came here at least once per week over the course of my summer internship in Charles City. I have to say I am very impressed with the quality of the food and the service. The waitstaff are always great and the kitchen is very quick about making your food.

The food here was fine but the portions a little skimpy. Chips were good and warm and salsa good. Service a little slow but nice enough wait staff. I was a little confused about where the entrance door was. But I would go back if I were in the area again.

Personally not a fan. I've tried it a couple of different times and have not been impressed by the food. There isn't much flavor for the couple of items I've tried. I wish I could enjoy it as I get craving for Mexican food often, it is just underwhelming compared to what I'm used to and doesn't satisfy my cravings.

Got shrimp fajitas and steak quesadilla and both were subpar. Guacamole did not seem fresh.

Great service great food! Makes great drinks. They make amazing fajitas I also love the Pollo loco. Anything that they have on special I would recommend trying! You literally cannot go wrong with any dish that you order from plaza Mexico Charles city's location. We go there all the time and it's also a great spot to get a quick lunch with co-workers.

Always amazing authentic Mexican food, by far the BEST MAGARITAS this side of MEXICO! Great service and atmosphere too.
