So far so good. I feel like I made the right decision with the many apartment complexes I looked at.

Devin was amazing. He showed us all our options and gave a great tour of the complex. We are definitely interested in Pointe West when our current lease is up.

Don’t apply to this place if you have any doubts you won’t be approved. They tell you the 200 is refundable but what they wont tell you is that you’ll have to wait almost a month to get it back but they require it up front. Quick to take but slow to give.

First of all, the rent here is ridiculous. This is not a prime, West Des Moines location. You have 24/7 noise from the interstate. It never ends and for those who work from home, this is not a great place to do that. I have to deal with, not only the noise from the Interstate, I have to listen to the non-stop noise from the family above me on floor two. I have complained twice and instead of our management taking care of it, they told me to call the Police. Really? Yesterday, the people that replaced the siding had their radio music blaring directly outside my office window. I contacted our management to fix it, I was told that Laura was on the phone, but would call me back. I received NO call, and had to tell them myself to turn it off. I am the one that pays rent here.not them. That problem should have been remedied in a split second! Management knows I work from home, which enables me to pay rent. Management does not cater to the ones that provide to their paycheck and the least they do, seems like the better.

There are so many residents leaving this place. There are drug deals going on in the trashy apartment complex next to us with people using our facilities. I do not feel safe as an elderly single woman and will NOT be renewing a lease.

I've lived at Pointe West for over a year and am absolutely impressed with this complex. There is a wide variety of apartment sizes with competitive rental rates and fantastic amenities. The building is quiet and has a wide range of individuals living here, some for many years. The service is spot on - if you need something done, they are there! I thoroughly feel at home here.

Such an amazing place the management staff was phenomenal very caring. Their team went above and beyond every day they treated me like family the amenities are just mind blowing best place ever to stay in West Des Moines!

Finally, we finished moving everything in. The office staffs are friendly and helpful. Apartment is nice and spacious. Love all the amenities especially the underground garage. Thanks to the carts and elevator make grocery shopping more convenient. Thing got fix right away after a quick phone call. Great experience so far!

Had an after hours maintenance issue which was handled promptly and professionally. Great place to live! Love the atmosphere, people, and amenities.

We had the pleasure to work with Vanessa and let me tell you…we had the best tour! She was so accommodating to my grandparents and helped every second of the way. I truly do love her

My husband and I have lived at Pointewest since March 2021. We enjoy the amenities and appreciate the prompt response of the maintenance staff when we have issues in our apartment.
