I love this salon. I’ve visited for color and cut about 3-4 times now. I always see Martha and she is AMAZING. Good atmosphere and amazing end results. The whole team is super inviting. Will always be back again.

Amazing atmosphere, i was so nervous to get my hair cut after a year but i walked out feeling like a new person recommending to everyone!

I found my most favorite hairstylist here and she’s since now left and is super hard to get an appointment. Since then I’ve gotten 2 cuts, one color. My first cut was great, second was literally just a trim of the ends and nothing of any layers I currently have. My recent color is far less quality than the price I paid. I gave her an idea and told her go for whatever, which was at my own discretion, anticipating their price for a balayage is $65, I paid $175, $35 of it being the trim, I think. Just would've been nice to know what I anticipated was going to be almost doubled. However the hard lines of my balayage are unacceptable for the price. Super sweet girl and nothing against her. It was later in the day and felt a bit rushed and I feel like my lift shows that. Don’t feel like I can go back to correct as they have you sign a waiver when you sit in the seat.

There’s no way I could NOT leave a review! I’ve had a rough couple of last years and my 2 year olds hair suffered as a result. I brought her in roughly 3 weeks ago with severely matted hair. I was scared, Nervous, ashamed, you name it. I am still so relieved I chose this place. ALL of the ladies were so nice. Cami fixed my babies hair with patience and a soft hand after 3 sessions. On the last one, 3 of the ladies came together for my daughter and got it finished. I am so grateful. It’s been life changing for us. I know this was not an easy task for these ladies. All of them were so nice and so gifted in what they do. We will continue to come here as long as I live in the QC.

Amazing experience! Yesterday was my first time visiting here. I had about a years worth of poorly done hair highlights when I came in. Morgan was able to make my hair beautiful again and reverse the poor coloring in my hair. 100% coming back. 100% recommend. The Environment was cute, relaxing, and very comfortable.

I have gone to this salon for a couple years now and have only had great experiences. The stylists are very warm and inviting. Dani has been coloring my hair and she always gets exactly what I want without causing damage to my hair. Great place to go!

My daughter's hair looks amazing the staff were all really friendly, and the interior was so clean and well decorated. Love this place, we will be back soon!

I went here for over a year! Every time I visited the price increased! I took a picture of what I wanted each time. It only got worse! My hair was fried with bleach and had to cut it all off! When I see a picture of it I’m my mortified. Beautiful place but that doesn’t always mean anything! The last straw was when she told me it was because I had a lot of grey. I know I do but have asked many others, they couldn’t believe someone would say that!

Best salon I've been too! Everytime I get my hair done it turns out amazing! Plus it's local so I recommend shopping local!

This place is amazing. Tricia is a very talented stylist and I would highly recommend. She takes her time and shows you how to style your hair. I would recommend this place to anyone. It also is decorated very retro style, which makes you feel comfortable!

Worst haircut EVER! Morgan was inexperienced with cutting long, curly hair as she cut it way too short and not styled as I had requested. I even advised the salon that my hair is long, curly and thick and did not set me up with someone that could could cut that type of hair. My hair is short and looks ridiculous.it is chin length, looks all one length, the little bit of layers that were cut in tlaeare shorter in the back and longer in the front which is the exact of what I asked for!? !? !

I got my hair dyed hot pink. I know it was a difficult task seeing as I had dark roots and already dyed orange hair, so I wasn't expecting perfection but Martha did an AMAZING job! It was so much better than I was expecting and very responsibly priced considering it took over 3 hours to fix my hair:)

Martha has done my hair twice and it always comes out better than what I had in mind. She always gets it right. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful, I definitely recommend Polished!

Perfect service, did exactly what I wanted. It was a little pricey but definitely worth it. Employees were nice, place was clean and professional. Hair turned out perfect:)

I came here my first time to get a balayage and I had a great experience! Martha B did my hair and she did amazing, and she is so so sweet I’m so in love with my hair. The inside is very nice and clean, and the pricing is very reasonable too. I would come back to this salon.
