I have been doing business with Randy for several years. He knows his customers by name and does business with a handshake. The prices for chemicals are very reasonable.

3 springs and still no pool. I wish I could give zero stars. BEYOND POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND MANY EMPTY PROMISES TO OUR FAMILY AND MOST OF ALL OUR KIDS. SO MANY DAYS TAKEN OFF WORK AND WASTED.
March 2021 we put our deposit down. Randy said they would install our pool that spring. We waited patiently come July he told us they were behind in pools. We understood and waited patiently once again because things happen. 2022 spring we decided to pop in there to get an update. He told my husband you can put up the pool yourself if you want. We understood they were busy and were told to start calling him weekly. The end of June Randy came out marked our yard said beginning of July we would have our pool. June 28th permit for pool was there. We took off work 3 days and July came and gone along with no calls. Spring 2023 came and couldn't get a call answered so we went in quite upset as we have waited 2 1/2 years, with promises to our children we would have a pool the last 2 summers. Even his pool staff inside the store wasnt surprised by our story and expressed how frustrating the empty promises to many many customers is. Randy understood our frustration and set a date Wednesday June 7th 2023 our install would begin. We got up early, took off work once again to find out they pushed the date back once again. At least this time they called us. But This was the final straw. We demanded our deposit back and still haven't even gotten that. How a company that continues to stay in business with this kind of customer service boggles my brain.

Randy is a lier. Promised my liner would be installed by June 1st since April. June 2nd no shows and says I'm on a year long list and he will get to me when he can.

We bought our hot tub through them after looking at most other places in town. Very reasonable priced hot tubs! They came out and installed it and helped us set everything up. I would recommend to anyone wanting a pool or hot tub!

Waited 2 years. 2 years for them to replace our liner.no calls, always had to stop in, broken promises.what a joke.don't do business with this company!

I would give a rating of zero if possible. This company has horrible communication. They take on contracts they don't have the time for and then lie about when the work will be done. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

THE ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING FROM THEM! BEEN WAITING OVER A YEAR FOR NEW JETS BECAUSE THEY ORIGINALLY SOLD US USED ONES! KEEP CALLING TO ORDER AND NEVER GET ANY RESPONSE!
ITS now been 2 years without jets in our hot tub! Every time we call they are clueless and refuse to get us jets! Worse service ever! Buyer beware!

I wish I could post zero stars. Poor communication skills and terrible customer service, especially with the manager, Randy! This whole experience turned unpleasant after our deposit was paid. The manager and/or office staff do not communicate with customers about installation delays, back orders of equipment, etc. The schedule expectations they set with us upon paying a deposit was100% false. Our installation date was delayed by about 8 weeks, without any sort of notice. They don’t answer the phones in the office either. We had to stop by the store in person in order to get updates about installation and the back ordered equipment. Buyers beware; save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. They were supposed to show up to winterize our new pool for the first time and they were supposed to call an hour in advance. (I took the day off work because they won’t give any timing windows about when the crew will arrive.) This ended up being a no call/ no show on a winterizing service. We will never use this pool company again for any sort of service.

Poor customer service/ if you did not buy your product from them, they do not want to hear from you.

After two other pool places couldn't give me stuff to clean pool after winter but charged a fortune, we went here and 1st time it cleared pool right up & prices are good

Fast freindly service. They test your water for free and help you with getting thing corrected. Got a hot tub cover today and they had what I needed in stock and saved me money!
