When to go get some sandwiches and not only did they forget one of them. They decided to leave something extra in my wings. Probably should stay away from this place.

They close at 10 yet they were telling people in the drive through that they were closed at 9: 45. Ridiculous honor your hours.

First time going to a Popeyes, it was really good it didn't taste bland at all. They gave you enough food. I would go back again.

Waited half an hour for get food. 2 people in the building and they sat and did nothing. Saw them on their phones and talking. When they finally got us our food the bag was in shambles literally was spilling food and when I told him that he cursed and turned around. And then when he came back I told him I didn't want the food anymore and refused to give me a refund. Literally the worst experience at restaurant I've ever had. Never again.

I work close by and try to go there because I like Popeyes food. Always short staffed and out of items from there menu

I have had several issues with this location. My recent experience was when I was on lunch break visiting the store.

I waited for a long time to get my food. I had to eventually ask what the wait was and the response was "my bad we forgot to cook it"
MY order included the strawberry biscuit which was priced more than regular biscuits. I found out the strawberry biscuit ordered was regular biscuits with icing. Annoyed and frustrated I called the manager to inquire about pricing. His response was you can look on the website and hung up.

Other visit to the store was inquiring about military discount when the manager on duty was rude to me and gave me an attitude.

This location is very poorly managed and run.

Went to the Sioux City location, and it was a TOTAL DISASTER! Some employee quit mid shift and the other employee was walking around on the phone complaining to the manager about it. This employee also did not know how to use a gift card and everything came to a hard STOP, it was a total cluster. They ran out of biscuits, they ran out of non-spicy chicken.we ended up waiting for 18 mins for new biscuits and were there for over 30 mins trying to get "take out". The employee did not care, did not apologize for the wait, and did not off offer to comp any of the order. NOW.the food was good, however I highly recommend the Manager talk to his employees about customer service.

Customer service was so bad that we waited over 5 minutes on the drive thru, and all I said was HELLO because no one ever asked what we would like to order at the end he told us to leave for being disrespectful never go there again.

I ordered on the app, went thru the drive thru to pick up. When telling the drive thru employee I was here to pick up the sighed, and said let me go look….
Then tells me “pull to the side this is gonna take us a minute”. Keep in mind this was not a huge order.
I waited in the parking lot for a half hour and then see all the employees come outside and start smoking. At that point I emailed corporate to get my money back and left.
Employees are lazy and don’t want to actually do their job. When I say all employees were outside talking and smoking I mean all even the manager on duty.
Don’t waste your time, management do better.

Would've loved to eat here but after waiting 5 mins and seeing no employees around I just left. If you want free chicken just show up at 8 pm on a Sunday, apparently nobody is working

GM John is flat out one amazing dude. I was lucky to get to chat with him for awhile and hear about how much work he has put into Popeyes here in Sioux City. He also has an amazing personal story. Truly an asset to Popeyes. Justin helped us in the drive through and he was awesome. Chicken was dropped fresh, it was hot and crispy! So good. John let me sample a Ghost Pepper wing and I’m glad he did because I will be back for more. So good. Thanks John, Justin, & the whole crew.

Should have gotten 3 different sauces with $35 worth of food. Drove all the way home to find not a single sauce.

This place is horrible! Came few weeks before they didn't give me half my order then had to fight to get the credit for missing part. Came today to get credit the same guy that gave me the credit said they don't have it. Because I argued their giving it to me but have been parked for 30 minutes now. Absolutely horrible!
