Portillo's Davenport

I really love portillos. This location is really great. My only critique is that they will give you luke warm fries that have been sitting there prepared when they are not busy. I want my food to be hot. The fried chicken sandwich is delicious. My boyfriend always gets the dipped Italian beef and a chocolate cake shake he loves both.

First time customer in and let me tell you the Italian beef is da bomb my new favorite place! Can't wait to take the kids

This Portillos is a common stop for us in the Davenport area when we are there. Have had both exceptionally fast service and average service here. No rhym or reason. Food always consistent. Better atmosphere not on the weekends or later in the day when college kids are around.

Got the Chocolate Cake shake. Fluffy is right it's the best shake I've ever had!

My husband and I went through the drive-thru. The gentleman at the drive-thru taking our order was very friendly. My husband is a all-time fan of Portillo's And we usually don't miss the opportunity to stop at Portillo's when we are near one. First time at the Davenport location was a great experience. Food, employees, and the building were all great We will re-returning to this Portillo's when we're in Davenport next.

What is there not to love about Portillo's! If dogs, sausage, beefs and burgers are your thing, you can't go wrong. Every time I come into town from Kansas City I stop here. Wish they would move my way but then again, not. BACK TODAY AND NOT. GOOD. LUNCH TIME AND NO ONE IN LINE. SRVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND NOT A WORD SAID. NUMBER READ OFF AND FOOD PUSHED MY WAY. NO WONDER EMPTY AT LUNCH. IT'S TOO BAD.

Food is good, but this Portillo's is the slowest one I've ever visited. Every single time. Even when there's no one in the restaurant.

This is my third visit and we had the Italian sandwich and the Cheese burger combos. Both sandwiches were good, but the fries are hit and miss, they were actually cold today. The price is higher too, in align with bar and grill prices.

I liked that my order was taken quickly but I felt that the wait for food was too long. Others in front of me also had a long wait. While the wall decor was retro, the tables and booths were nothing special leaving a mediocre impression.

Love their hot dogs, but I was really disappointed that they changed their menu to a la cart! The service is not how it used to be.

Best Italian beef sandwich around! Add grilled onions, peppers, and cheese sauce to it with a sausage! It’s an amazing sandwich.

I treated my husband to his first time at Portillo’s today. The atmosphere was electric! The service was stellar! The food was beyond out of this world! The cherry on the cake today was getting to experience “Mama T”. What an amazing employee! ️ I would say it was a successful trip and we left with smiles, full bellies, and a wonderful feeling that will bring us back again. Pats on the back all the way around!

The only downside is the price but still worth it. The inside is awesome, the staff are great and the food tastes amazing.

Not sure when they became McDonald's but they don't seem to understand how to have a working ice cream/shake machine.

Still one of the best fast food atmospheres available. The retro vibe and music gives Fallout energy, and the food is pretty good. Chicago dogs are a must, chocolate cake is a must, cheese fries are a must.

They won't accept cash in the drivethru I'm not going inside when you have a drivethru you just lost business with that dumb move
