A really inconsistent experience each time you go. Some of the techs are really rude and some are very sweet.

The workers there are very rude. I've been going there on and off for a while now, and the workers are always unfriendly, will laugh at customers, and overall make you feel unwelcome. It's also kind of pricy. I will not be going here again- please spend somewhere they will give you quality service

I called the wrong posh nails for an appointment and showed up here at the Grimes location where they had already finished cleaning everything up, ready to leave. Mortified, I noticed my mistake and was wanting to come the next day and 3 ladies said they wanted to stay to do our 2 manicures (1 full set) and 2 pedicures. We’ve been coming here since we’ve moved to Clive and have ALWAYS had amazing experiences. Pricing, skill set, and the environment are continuously 10/10. I always recommend them (:

I had called and made an appointment for my 11 year old daughter and her friend to get their nails done. When I made the appointment I told them everything they wanted (ie dip, with extensions, design, etc.). I was happy to pay whatever the girls wanted to have done as this was something my daughter had wanted to do for a long time and she was so excited. I was unable to take her myself so my mom took the girls to their appointment.

When the girls came home later that day from their appointment, I was excited to see their nails. The end result was quality work however, I was extremely disappointed to hear how the girls were treated. They said the workers were not friendly, short tempered and dismissive, they complained about the designs the girls chose (french tip with super basic/simple flowers) so the girls didn't get the flowers on their design. Since it was their first manicure the girls went in with pretty low expectations and so I was pretty surprised they even took notice of the workers attitude which tells me it had to be pretty overt and obvious.

What’s disappointing is I had told them when I made the appointment I was willing to pay whatever was necessary for them to get what they wanted. I don’t understand why they were met with the annoyed attitude making the girls feel like an inconvenience.

I called the salon the next morning right away when they opened and asked to speak with a manager about the issue. I wanted to make sure there wasn’t any misunderstandings about the appointment, that the girls were being respectful and clearly communicating the designs, etc. They took my information but I never received a call back.

This situation is just so disappointing because they do good work but we won’t be back because of how rude they were to our daughter and her friend on her birthday and her friend, essentially making her feel like an inconvenience and ruining their first salon nail experience.

We came at the last minute. With no reservation and 1 hr before closing. They were awesome! Emily was so nice and did a super job!

I love Amy! She always does amazing on my dip nails. Pretty shop, nice people, and lots of employees to handle several customers at a time.

Worst pedicure experience ever! Not sure what was going on with the girl doing mine, not with the program. Too much non English chatter between staff. So very unprofessional. Definitely not going back.

Tammy is a very good hard working nail artist who takes her time to do your nails pedicure ask for her when you come in!

Excellent gals from the front to the back. My daughter got tips and dips, or I think that's what it's called, and dad got the pedicure. Alls I can say is that they are nothing short of amazing. They can all speak English and keep great conversation if you'd like. I also noticed immediately that the air in Posh out does all other places I've been to when it comes to the air quality. They must have an incredible filtration system. It was just all around a very nice evening with my daughter made possible by this business. Thank you ladies!

The staff were extremely nice, my kids, and I stopped in sporadically, and they were able to accommodate us right away! My son got a pedicure I think he enjoyed it more than my daughter and I. All three of us were extremely satisfied with our nails. I thought everything was priced very fair and the nail salon was clean and everyone was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be going back!

Posh Nail Salon one of the few good salons here in Grimes. They’re extremely clean and super welcoming. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for a new new salon give this one a try, you won’t be upset

Hi quality nails. Not always the fastest place to get things done, but always the best. Enjoy a drink and get the works done and relax and have a chat with their very capable technicians.
