Would put 0 if that was possible. The manager Savannah is a horribly rude and disorganized. She yells at customers and employees. Will never return to this store.

Just when you thought service couldn’t get any slower, you have the Potbelly staff to prove it can.

This Shop has great Sandwiches. I did not see many Potbellies, which was surprising. But if you can get past that, I think you'll really enjoy your meal.

Decent food but the worst is no parking. When an event gets out it gets busy. You would think they have a history of this and have more staff on hand. Saw a doordash guy have to wait 10 minutes at least. I'd think they be top priority.

I ate once there and was ok. They were nice yet it's like Starbucks behind counter so distant from real service. Food was ok but I ask bread to give to birds yet they wanted money for it so I was disappointed for not being to feed the birds. All I needed was bread that could not be sold to humans!

Nice Potbelly. Restaurant was clean and not too busy. Staff was efficient and patient with us ordering. Parking can be difficult given its location directly on Lincoln.

Potbelly sandwiches are very tasty and there are quite a few options. The shakes are also very good.

I AM NOT A FAN OF SUBS & SANDWICH SHOPS! I AM A FAN OF POTBELLY! The ABSOLUTE BEST I have EVER tasted. We are working @ the University and coworkers chose Potbelly Sandwich. I started to go to Blaze Pizza instead. I'm thankful I stuck with Potbelly's. DELICIOUS! ALL my coworkers agree that this is the BEST sub/sandwich spot we have ever eaten @. I had the flat bread chicken n cheese with bacon, mayo, olive oil and Italian seasoning toasted to perfection. OH MY GOODNESSS! 2 WORDS. SKRUMP. SHUSH! Really nice spot. A little small so get there before the crowd. The strawberry shake was small but good and just enough. You gotta drop in whenever near Iowa State University. Oh! I almost forgot. The service was very fast and pleasant. Friendly smiling faces. Your boy The RIBOLOGIST IS OUT

Reasonably priced for a filling meal. Service was quick and the place was kept clean. Staff were super friendly too. I'll definitely be coming back!

I ordered and recommend the "A Wreck" sandwich! The fact they have your sandwich run through a toaster oven makes it much better than the other sandwich shops. Milkshakes are very tasty too!

If you order a bowl of soup, it should be a full bowl for the price charged. Secondly what happened to the pot pie crust thats usually on top of said soup?

We had potbelly last night for dinner. We have had the subs there before and they were always good. My kids really like the shakes also. Well last night I decided to try the Chicken Salad Salad. Its was wonderful. Dont think I have ever had a salad so large. The chicken salad itself was good there were good portions of cheese, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, cranberries etc. And I only finished half mostly without dressing it was that good. My only regret is that I didnt take a picture. The chicken pot pie soup was also delicious! Definitely going back again.

I was greatly pleased with the pulled pork sandwich. It was tasty and spicy. It is nice that they give you a discount coupon to be used in the next consecutive days.

Unequivocally delicious! I ordered a sandwich known as "The Wreck" and its name certainly preceded the experience; my taste buds were WRECKED with pleasure! The service was speedy and the staff was cordial. I assuredly intend to return one day!

I love this place so much. The pickle chips are soooo good. The malts are AMAZINGGGG. Also I highly recommend the Mediterranean sandwich.

Ordered 20 sandwiches for a work meeting, they did a good job with having each labeled for what the sandwhich was and who it went to. The food tasted good and the service was good. Using the online ordering was really easy and quick.

Great Cuban sandwich. Sat outside on a perfect weather day. Nice convenient place for lunch across from ISU campus.

A Wreck with hot peppers is one of my favorite all time sandwiches. Best sandwich in Ames in my opinion.
