Courtney was so amazing for my facial. She was so quiet and it was so relaxing and just what I was looking for. I would never go to anyone but her ever again!

While staying over New Year Eve at the hotel I decided to get a massage. Wonderful experience. Maggie did and excellent work and I came out very relaxed. Relaxing room is also a great experience before and after service. Desk service also excellent!

DO NOT book a massage with Potosa Spa! My fiancé and I did the weekend spa-cation package with the hotel. We both had horrible experiences. Our massages were literally rushed. Not relaxing at all. My lady came in and started to actually complain that she had another appointment after mine and continued to complain and about staffing during my massage. I found it so hard to relax when she complained about her problems. I get they were short staffed but I feel like I left my massage more stressed out because of it. My fiancé and I both had like 45 minute massages. We both booked started at 11: 45. I went back to my room at 11: 52 and my lady disappeared for atleast 5 minutes and I was done and out by 12: 45…. Not 60 minutes… my fiancé was pushed back to 12: 15 and was out by 12: 58. Also not a full 60 minutes. We each did add ons of foot and hand reflexology. I definitely didn’t get any foot reflexology. I had hot stones on my feet. That was it…

I am very disappointed in the Spa. I had plans to get hair and makeup done here for my wedding but won’t be anymore. I would prefer not to be rushed again. Please save your money and don’t get a massage here.

Really wonderful and relaxing atmosphere. I've never been to a spa like it in the area.a great room to relax before and after treatments, refreshment options, and a safe space for your belongings.

Inquired about booking a couples massage for my husband and I. I was offered 2 appointments and replied wanting to book a date and time.manager replied and said it was already taken. Yikes!

Loved the relaxation room and chairs. I think it was the best massage I've ever had. The hot tub afterwards was great. So nice to just walk downstairs in our robes from our hotel room. Hidden gem!

I have been going to Courtney at Potosa Spa for five years now and I absolutely love the experience every time! She is always super friendly, professional and knows what she is doing in each service she provides. There is a reason I recommend her to all my friends and have been a long-term customer of hers! I go to her for waxing, facials and lash extensions:)

I had a one hour massage scheduled. I was told to be there 15 minutes early as it was my first visit. I arrived 15 min early. I waited for my massage for over 45 min. Finally asked one of the employees about my massage. Poor customer service. Was told when I left I would be compensated for the long wait. I called three times with no response. Felt like my experience didn't matter. Very unhappy with experience.

I had a spa pedicure with Emily. She was amazing! Such a great presence and calming energy. I loved everything about the experience and my toes look great!

I had the bliss facial and it was nice but I got there 15 minutes early as to their request to wait 5 minutes past my schedule appointment time. Then to finish 10 minutes early a than an hour time for a facial. The esthetician was amazing but I wish she could of spent more time on the shoulder massage. Less than 5 minutes was disappointing.

I received a massage by Emily and it was the best I have had. The ambience is calm and quiet. My visit here was restorative.

My Daughter and I had a spa day together and it was relaxing and had amazing people who cared for Us and made it truly a incredible day!

I’ve never dealt with such rude staff before, and the services were bad as well. I hate to be the person to leave a bad review some place but when I pay $120 and have such a bad experience then I will say something and let other people know somethings wrong. Definitely would recommend going somewhere else.
