Clerk was so helpful. She answered all the questions I had and very kind. She took the time to explain some things I didn't understand.

I didnt like the fact that I could not tax them for me having to wait in line and I could not tax them for the money for my tags

Typically, a trip to the DMV has been known to be a dreadful, procrastinated task full of hassles. However, The staff at the Council Bluffs office have always been so helpful, with genuine personalities, ready to help. I found the new system they have in place to be very efficient.
