Power Wash USA- Floyd, Sioux City IA

Two guys working early on a Sunday morning luckily. Paid for an auto wash and their computer was acting up but the Attendant was very helpful and got me taken care of.
First time there but will be back.

Do not go here. Staff is rude and even have the nerve to post them on there Facebook page. Will treat their customers like nothing. Not to forget they don’t even care about their customers cars they only care about money.

I went here in the evening and the wash attendant was smoking in the tunnel. I had to get out and open the doors to air out my vehicle after going through the wash.

I mean it's all right I gave it four stars only because and I would do this at all of them because I all do it when you put your money in instead of starting the time when you want to start it once you get your wallet back in your pocket or whatever you got to do the timer starts the minute you put the minimum amount in which is not right as far as my opinion you should be able to get all your money in and then have a button to push for start once you get ready to start and I don't think there's too many in Sioux City Iowa that have it that way if any at all.
The reason for me bringing this up is the fact that I lost a good 10 seconds that I could have used at the end of my wash to finish renting off my driver side door but my time ran out and I only got partially done on the door.

Does not spray wheels or bottom of car if you get the lazy one always chewing his tobacco. Car will come out dirty where you can't use your chamois to dry or it will be ruined. Quit membership here. Jose was the best one there.

I use the self wash. Scared to deal of auto wash. Staff friendly and never have had any issue or problem with equipment.

I went through the car wash and it ripped a piece off of my car. I contacted the owner about it and he just blew me off and didn't care to make things right. I would not suggest going to any of the locations owned by this person.

Clean car wash, friendly staff, have both have both a tunnel and 5 self service bays. Complimentary towels for drying, good vending assortment.
