PrairieGrass at Jordan Creek Apartments, West Des Moines IA

I've had an outstanding experience here at Prairie Grass! This is a great community for anyone looking for a nice home. These are luxury apartments, everything looks so nice and new still. Shayla, the Prop Manager is wonderful to work with and is very good at what she does. She's so easy to work with. The Maintenance Team are also good Dudes. If you need something they are on top of it immediately, and with a smile. All they care about is keeping their tenants happy. They've been great to me, and go above and beyond. And it's so quiet and peaceful over here, with hardly any traffic or noise! We're nestled back here where it's private. Yet were still located only 2 minutes to the mall and everything else Jordan Creek has to offer. Perfect location. Thank you Prairie Grass!

One of the best place I have been living in recent times at PrairiGrass @ JordanCreek. Living space ambience is very good, very spacious, large bathrooms, greenery etc. Maintenance staff at this place is very good as their turnaround time in case of maintenance is so quick, in some cases it was less than an hour. The best part at this place is the leasing staff especially Shay, she is such a wonderful person who is very attentive, patient and addressed all my issues on time. If you are in west des moines area then I highly recommend this place for a great living experience!

I have lived here for several months now and this has been, bar none, the best experience I have had with a property management company.

The staff here are all really spectacular. Specifically I'd like to shout out the assistant property manager Shay. She has been remarkably kind and helpful with everything and is a wonderful point person for the property.

The apartments themselves are also very nice!

We've only lived here a short while but have already fallen in love with the apartment, the staff, and the community! Our apartment has meet all of our needs from our own entry way to a washer and dryer that actually works! The area is incredibly quiet with so many beautiful sounds of nature from the prairie and the fountains near by. The walls can be a little thin if you live near an excitable puppy or kids, but as a dog lover I can't say I hate all the happy puppies in the neighborhood! The neighborhood has been incredibly friendly so far with a lot of accessible walking paths where nearly everyone says hello as you walk by. Being close to so many shopping centers.and grocery stores is a huge plus for us. It only takes about 5-10 minuets to drive to the store opposed to our original 30min+! We had a really great experience with the leasing office. They were incredibly friendly and helped get us set up with everything we needed with a warm welcome. They really helped us transition from an uncomfortable living situation to a comfortable happy home. I'm incredibly happy with how this process went and with the apartment we are loving to be in. I would highly recommend living here!

Shay is and has been the most amazing person to work with! I have been debating a relocation back to IA for quite sometime, and Shay has been so incredibly patient, professional, and very understanding with me; always answers my questions, sends me pictures, and has never pushed me to make a quick decision.
