***BUYER BEWARE***

Ed Moss was not forthcoming on the vehicle details when asked and provided vague shady answers. Not even willing to look over the areas I had questioned.

I gave him a respectable offer for the vehicle and Ed Moss laughs and hangs up on me. Could not even provide a respectable decline. Shyster.

I bought a car in November at this dealership. It was a tough market a few months ago and I settled on a 2013 Nissan. The first car I’ve ever gotten with a loan.
It is April and I’ve driven the car 2,000 miles. Not 20,000, not 200,000-two thousand miles.
I worked from home all winter so it was not a daily driver. I started a second job at the end of March and began to drive it daily 15 miles each way to work, four days a week. Within two weeks of that daily commute I felt that my transmission wasn’t shifting properly. I immediately parked the car and waited for my mechanic to fit me in. Today I was told that a car that I’ve driven 2000 miles needs a new transmission. Not only that, but this transmission is known for issues and they won’t even do work on the transmission- nor will most others.
I absolutely believe that the dealer was looking for a good mark to sell the car to and boy did they find one in this solo mom. I trusted them to sell me a good car. I was sold a lemon. I have a loan and the suggestion from Ed, the lovely man who sold the car was “maybe you can get the cost of repair added to your loan. ”

In short, do not buy from this dealer- especially if you’re a woman. They will take advantage of you and laugh when you call. “We sell cars as is. We told you that. ” Well, I didn’t expect to pay thousands of dollars for a car to only last 2000 miles. I didn’t even take it out of town!

Guy was super nice. Good selection. Just started looking so didn't purchase. Very good first impression though.

They have photos on their website showing nice looking vehicles. I called and talked to their sales people about two of those vehicles and even had additional pictures sent to me. They reassured me that they both ran great and were in great shape. My husband drove the hour and a half there to find one of the cars had terrible rust damage on two of the fenders. They intentionally didn't post or send photos of the rust, nor were they forthcoming about it on the phone. This vehicle also had a rattle in the engine, needed new brakes very badly and needed a new headlight. The second vehicle had rust on the rockers and also needed new brakes badly. My husband tried to discuss price with them on the vehicle that had the lesser of the problems and they became angry that he didn't want to pay the listed price. The listed price was over book value even if the car would have been in great shape. We were car shopping for a teenager, we weren't expecting perfect but they were misleading and lied about the condition of their vehicles. Avoid this place!
